Claims (8)
- ブロー成形により形成される燃料タンクに保護板を取り付ける保護板取付構造であって、
前記燃料タンクの周壁に、前記保護板を前記燃料タンクに固定するための留め具が係着可能な取付凹部が、ブロー成形時の型抜き方向とこれに概ね直交する前記保護板の板厚方向との2方向が開放された態様で形成されたことを特徴とする保護板取付構造。 - 前記留め具が、前記取付凹部に対して型抜き方向に嵌合可能な係合部を備えた第1の狭持部材と、前記保護板を貫通して前記第1の狭持部材に対して板厚方向に嵌合可能な係合部を備えた第2の狭持部材とからなり、この第1・第2の狭持部材により前記保護板が狭持されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護板取付構造。
- 前記第1の狭持部材の係合部が、前記取付凹部の互いに対向する側面に弾性的に圧接する複数の弾性脚部からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の保護板取付構造。
- 前記第2の狭持部材の係合部が、前記第1の狭持部材の前記複数の弾性脚部の間に嵌入してこれに弾性的に圧接する複数の弾性脚部からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の保護板取付構造。
- 前記取付凹部が、ブロー成形時の型分割面を挟んで相反する側にそれぞれ設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護板取付構造。
- 前記取付凹部が、ブロー成形時の型分割面を挟んで相反する側にそれぞれ設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の保護板取付構造。
