Abstract
【解決手段】 ベース12の受け面20側に、小径部22を設け、小径部22と内周壁12Aとの間に段部24(被係止部)を形成して、該段部24にクリップ28の爪部34を係止させるようにしている。このため、爪部34は段部24の周方向のどの部分に係止させても良いため、方向性が無く作業性が良い。また、ベース12の軸芯に沿ってクリップ28を移動させると、段部24に爪部34が係止され、傘部36とベース12の受け面20との間で保護板18が挟持されるようにする。つまり、燃料タンク10の下方及び側面に保護板18を取付けるに当たって、作業方向を一方向としている。これにより、作業が容易であると共に、狭いスペースでも保護板18の取付が可能となる。

Claims (4)
- 略円筒状を成し樹脂製の燃料タンクに溶着される樹脂製のベースと、前記ベースに係止可能な樹脂製のクリップと、前記クリップが挿通する取付孔を備え、前記取付孔へ挿通されたクリップと前記ベースとの間に挟持され前記燃料タンクを保護する保護板と、を備え、
前記ベースに形成された被係止部と、
前記クリップの一端側に形成され、前記ベースの軸芯に沿って移動すると、前記被係止部に係止される係止部と、
前記クリップの他端側に形成され、前記係止部が前記被係止部に係止された状態で、前記ベースの一端面に設けられた受け面との間で前記保護板を挟持する傘部と、
で構成されたことを特徴とする保護板取付構造。 - 前記燃料タンクに溶着される前記ベースの溶着代部の内側に環状溝を形成し、溝壁を溶着面より低くしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護板取付構造。
- 前記係止部が前記クリップの本体部を構成する筒体に傾倒可能に設けられた一対の板片と、前記板片の先端に形成された爪部と、を備え、
前記傘部に形成された開口部から前記板片を互いに近接可能に立設させ、近接させると前記爪部が前記被係止部から外れることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の保護板取付構造。 - 前記ベースが前記燃料タンクの表面層と同一材料により形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の保護板取付構造。
