- 前記軸体の軸方向視において、該軸体の端部外形が略円形状を成し、略弧状に形成された複数の前記条の先端を成す稜線様の前記中心線が略半楕円形状を成し、上記軸方向視においての全体外形が略楕円形状を成すことを特徴とする、請求項3記載の両ねじ体。
- 前記軸体の外周面の一法線方向からの視点における前記条の頂部の外径が、上記法線方向に対して垂直な法線方向からの視点における前記条の頂部の外径よりも大きく設定され、一つの当該両ねじ体上の前記条の頂部における直径において、長径部と短径部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項3又は4記載の両ねじ体。
- 前記短径部方向視における前記条の高さが、前記長径部方向視における前記条の高さの約二倍に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の両ねじ体。
- 前記長径部方向視においての前記軸体の軸方向における単位長さ当たりの前記条の数が、前記短径部方向視においての前記軸体の軸方向における単位長さ当たりの前記条の数の約二倍に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6記載の両ねじ体。
- 前記軸体は、略円錐形を成すことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の両ねじ体。
- 前記固形部材は、一端に、非円形穴状乃至非円形柱状の非円形端部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の、両ねじ体。
- 前記非円形穴状に形成される前記非円形端部は、該非円形穴の平面形状が、略一字形、略人字形、略十字形、略多角形、或いはこれらの複合形から選択されるいずれかであることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の両ねじ体。
- 前記非円形柱状に形成される前記非円形端部は、該非円形柱の平面形状が、略正方形、略正六角形から選択されるいずれかであることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10記載の両ねじ体。
- 前記右螺旋溝のピッチと前記左螺旋溝のピッチとが、ほぼ同等であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の両ねじ体。
- 前記右螺旋溝のピッチと前記左螺旋溝のピッチとが、異なることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の両ねじ体。
- 前記固形部材の外周面上に前記条が形成されて成る請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の両ねじ体に螺合される雌ねじ体であって、右回転の螺旋状の螺旋条と左回転の螺旋状の螺旋条とを一対で有することを特徴とする雌ねじ体。
- 上記雌ねじ体は、略筒状を成す筒状部材の内周面に、右回転又は左回転のいずれか一方の断続的乃至連続的な螺旋状の螺旋条が形成され、上記筒状部材の筒方向の一端側には、前記両ねじ体に螺合した際に螺合時の回転向きに対する逆回転を防止する逆回転防止手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項14記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記逆回転防止手段は、一つ以上の板片を有し、この板片が、前記筒状部材の内周面から当該雌ねじ体の回転軸に向かって突き出して配設され、該板片の先端部が右回転又は左回転の螺旋状の螺旋条を成し、且つ、該板片の先端の成す前記螺旋条が前記筒状部材の内周面に形成された前記螺旋条のリード角に対して有限の傾斜角を有することを特徴とする、請求項15記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記板片の先端の成す前記螺旋条は、当該雌ねじ体の内周面に形成された螺旋状の前記螺旋条のリード角をθとするとき、このリード角に対して、(165-2θ)°乃至(195-2θ)°傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項16記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記逆回転防止手段は、筒状部材の一端に形成された前記雌ねじ体の回転軸を中心とする螺旋状のスロープ部と、このスロープ部に配設される一つ以上の板片とを有し、上記スロープ部の傾斜角が、当該雌ねじ体の内周面に形成された螺旋条のリード角をθとするとき、このリード角に対して、(165-2θ)°乃至(195-2θ)°傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項16又は17記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記板片は、当該雌ねじ体の回転軸を中心とした略弧状を成す先端を有することを特徴とする、請求項16乃至18のいずれかに記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記雌ねじ体は、略筒状を成す第一の筒状部材の内周面に、右回転の螺旋状の螺旋条が形成されて成る右雌ねじ体と、略筒状を成す第二の筒状部材の内周面に、左回転の螺旋状の螺旋条が形成されて成る左雌ねじ体と、を備え、
上記右雌ねじ体と上記左雌ねじ体とが、それぞれ前記両ねじ体に螺合されると共に、互いに一体的に接合されることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の雌ねじ体。 - 前記右雌ねじ体及び前記左雌ねじ体のいずれか一方又は両方には、該右雌ねじ体と該左雌ねじ体とを互いに接近させて結合させるための結合手段が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項20記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記結合手段は、前記右雌ねじ体及び前記左雌ねじ体のうち、一方に設けられる係入部と、他方に設けられ上記係入部を受容する受容部と、から構成され、
前記右雌ねじ体と前記左雌ねじ体とを互いに密接させた際に、上記係入部が、上記受容部に受容され、該係入部と該受容部とが互いに係合されるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項20又は21記載の雌ねじ体。 - 前記係入部又は前記受容部のうち、一方又は両方に、軸方向にほぼ平行なスリットが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項22記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記係入部又は前記受容部のうち、一方又は両方に、軸方向にほぼ垂直なスリットが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項22又は23記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記結合手段は、前記右雌ねじ体又は前記左雌ねじ体のいずれか一方の前記両ねじ体に対する螺合時の回転向きに対する逆回転を防止する逆転防止手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項22乃至24のいずれかに記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記逆回転防止手段は、前記右雌ねじ体又は前記左雌ねじ体のうち、一方の雌ねじ体における軸方向の一端側に設けられる前記係入部の外周面に形成される複数の鋸歯状部から成る第一の歯車状部と、他方の雌ねじ体における軸方向の一端側に設けられる前記受容部の内周面に形成される複数の鋸歯状部から成る第二の歯車状部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項25記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記逆回転防止手段は、前記右雌ねじ体又は前記左雌ねじ体のうち、一方の雌ねじ体の外周面が前記係入部として成り、この係入部は複数の鋸歯状部から成る第一の歯車状部を有し、他方の雌ねじ体における軸方向の一端側に設けられる前記受容部の内周面には複数の鋸歯状部から成る第二の歯車状部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項25記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記逆転防止手段は、前記右雌ねじ体又は前記左雌ねじ体の一方の雌ねじ体の一端側において該雌ねじ体の回転軸を中心として周回状に、ばね状に設けられる一つ以上の発条部から成る前記係入部と、他方の雌ねじ体の一端側において回転軸を中心として周回状に、凹凸状乃至起伏状に設けられる一つ以上の起伏部を含んで成る前記受容部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項25記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記逆転防止手段は、前記右雌ねじ体又は前記左雌ねじ体の一方の雌ねじ体の一端側に配設され、該雌ねじ体の回転軸を中心として周回状に、ばね状に設けられる一つ以上の発条部から成る、該雌ねじ体と別体に設けられる前記係入部と、他方の雌ねじ体の一端側において回転軸を中心として周回状に、凹凸状乃至起伏状に設けられる一つ以上の起伏部を含んで成る前記受容部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項25記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記結合手段は、前記右雌ねじ体の一端側と、前記左雌ねじ体の一端側とを互いに回転可能に結合すると共に、前記右雌ねじ体と前記左雌ねじ体との軸方向における乖離を防止する可回転抜止手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項22乃至24のいずれかに記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記可回転抜止手段は、前記係入部の先端付近が該係入部の基端部の外径よりも大径に設定された大径部を有し、前記受容部の先端部が該受容部の基端部の内径よりも小径に設定された小径部を有し、前記係入部の基端部の外径と前記受容部の先端部の小径部の内径とがほぼ同等に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項30記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記係入部は、該係入部の先端付近の外周に前記大径部を有し、該係入部が前記受容部に予め挿入され、前記右雌ねじ体と前記左雌ねじ体とが互いに回転可能で且つ乖離不能に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項31記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記係入部は、該係入部の先端付近の外周に前記大径部を有し、前記受容部は該大径部が設けられていない部位に相当する箇所に前記小径部を有することを特徴とする、請求項31記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記結合手段は、前記右雌ねじ体及び前記左雌ねじ体のうち、一方の一端部に設けられる第一の磁極と、他方の一端部に発現する若しくは設けられる第二の磁極と、から構成され、上記第一の磁極と上記第二の磁極とが互いに異なる磁極であって、これらの磁極同士を磁気結合させることによって、前記右雌ねじ体と前記左雌ねじ体とが接合されることを特徴とする、請求項20乃至33のいずれかに記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記右雌ねじ体又は前記左雌ねじ体、若しくは、前記右雌ねじ体と前記左雌ねじ体は、平面外形が非円形状を成すものであることを特徴とする、請求項14乃至34のいずれかに記載の雌ねじ体。
- 非円形状を成す前記平面外形が、略正方形、略正六角形、略多角形から選択されるいずれかであることを特徴とする、請求項35記載の雌ねじ体。
- 前記右雌ねじ体と、前記左雌ねじ体とのうち、一方の雌ねじ体の外径における最大径が、他方の外径における最小径以下に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項20乃至36のいずれかに記載の雌ねじ体。
