紧固机构很多,各有优点,均仍有提升空间 。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双螺钉联接装置,为了实现上述目的,本发明的方案是:
含一段螺杆;
含位于螺杆上的一段顺时针螺纹段;
含位于螺杆上的一段逆时针螺纹段;
顺时针螺纹段和逆时针螺纹段此二者在螺杆上相互复合相互交叉;
含螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉,此三者均被紧固在螺杆上,三者串联排列且紧密贴合。
螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉此三者的排列顺序分别为左、中、右,此三者的螺纹旋向分别为“逆时针、顺时针、逆时针”或分别为“顺时针、逆时针、顺时针”;
螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉此三者还共同含一个三螺钉互连合一机构,三螺钉互连合一机构将已经串联排列且紧密贴合后的螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉此三者连接成为一个整体,阻止“其中的一个螺钉转动而另外两个静止”或阻止“其中的两个螺钉转动而第三个静止”,保障螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉此三者必须同时同方向转动或静止不动;
经过互连合一的逆向操作后,三螺钉互连合一机构能够将已经连接成一个整体后的螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉此三者恢复回三个单独的个体。

三螺钉互连合一套筒的内面分别与螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉此三者配合,令螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉此三者被相互连接成为一个整体不能作相对转动;
三螺钉互连合一套筒至少有一端含至少一个供给捆扎用的捆扎孔;

三螺钉互连合一插销同时插入紧密贴合后的螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉此三者后令其被相互连接成为一个整体不能作相对转动;
三螺钉互连合一插销的末端含一个供给捆扎用的捆扎孔;
螺钉一和反纹螺钉此二者中至少有一个螺钉的外侧含至少一个供给捆扎用的捆扎孔。

具体实施方式
主要由螺杆、顺时针螺纹段、逆时针螺纹段、螺钉一、、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉、三螺钉互连合一套筒、捆扎孔、捆扎铁丝等部分共同构成,其中三螺钉互连合一套筒的内面属于一个正十二边形,为一个内面正十二边形互连合一套筒,螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉、三螺钉互连合一插销紧固机构、捆扎孔、销孔、捆扎铁丝等几个部分共同构成,其中三螺钉互连合一插销紧固机构属于一个三螺钉互连合一插销。

含一段螺杆;
含位于螺杆上的一段顺时针螺纹段;
含位于螺杆上的一段逆时针螺纹段;
顺时针螺纹段和逆时针螺纹段此二者在螺杆上相互复合相互交叉;
含螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉,此三者均被紧固在螺杆上,三者串联排列且紧密贴合;
螺钉一、同纹螺钉、反纹螺钉此三者的排列顺序分别为左、中、右,此三者的螺纹旋向分别为“逆时针、顺时针、逆时针”或分别为“顺时针、逆时针、顺时针”;
