Description

積木結構(二)
本發明係與積木有關,更詳而言之係指一種以螺接方式組合之積木結構。
按,積木為一種訓練腦、手、眼協調能力的玩具,由於玩法與組合方式具有活潑的變化性,因此極適用於訓練創造力之發展。
市面上常見之積木種類眾多,有以不同幾何圖型之塊狀體進行堆疊之積木,或在每一塊積木上設置凹部與凸部,以進行嵌接之積木,然而此些積木在組裝時之結構強度不佳,容易發生崩塌、鬆脫等情事,導致難以組裝出大型之結構。
另外,習知之積木無論在組裝或拆解時,皆須一塊、一塊地進行,因此有著費事、費時,而無法快速組拆之問題。
有鑑於此,為改善先前技術中,習知積木有著結構強度不佳,容易發生崩塌、鬆脫等情事及在組裝或拆解時,有著費事、費時而無法快速組拆等問題;緣此,本發明乃提供一種積木結構,其主要包含有一接頭單元、及至少一接桿;該接頭單元具有一至數接頭,該各接頭係至少具有一螺接端面,該各螺接端面係具有一正逆牙螺孔,該正逆牙螺孔係由一至數正螺槽與一至數逆螺槽 間隔交替設置所構成;該接桿之一端具有一至數間隔設置之正牙外螺紋,另一端則具有一至數間隔設置之逆牙外螺紋;藉此,當該接桿沿一旋向旋轉時,可將接桿各端之正牙外螺紋與該逆牙外螺紋同時螺入於兩相對接頭之正逆牙螺孔中,或反方向旋轉時,將該正牙外螺紋與該逆牙外螺紋同時與該兩接頭之正逆牙螺孔分離,藉以達到益智組合、組合強度佳、並能快速進行組拆而具備省事與省時之功效。
基於該接頭單元之各接頭之各螺接端面之螺孔,係同時設有正螺槽及逆槽槽,使該接頭單元之各接頭在製造時,不須特別區隔為供正螺牙螺合或逆螺牙螺合之兩種接頭單元,大幅度的減少了生產模具之開設,及生產或庫存上的存貨壓力,同時提供使用者在使用時,不須選擇特定的接頭,皆可任意的與接桿任一端之正牙外螺紋或逆牙外螺紋組合。
基於該接桿兩端之外螺紋,係設為由數個正牙外螺紋或數個逆牙外螺紋所構成,及搭配該各接頭之各正逆牙螺孔係由數正螺槽與數逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成,俾接桿兩端之外螺紋能極快的找到螺入於各接頭之螺孔之螺入點,並能以極短的旋轉圈徑即能螺鎖到定位,而能快速進行組拆者。

為使貴 審查委員能對本創作之特徵與其特點有更進一步之了解與認同,茲列舉以下較佳之實施例並配合圖式說明如下:請參閱第一圖至第八圖,係本創作一較佳實施例所提供之一種積木結構,其主要包含有數接頭40、及至少一接桿30,其中;請參閱第一至三圖所示,該接桿30、31、32依組裝之需要,其係可設為各種不同之長度,其兩末端係形成為較小之直徑,其中一末端係形成有4條間隔排列之正牙外螺紋301,於鄰近正牙外螺紋301之接桿30外環面處係標示有一(+)符號用以辨識,另一末端係形成有4條間隔排列之逆牙外螺紋302,而於鄰近逆牙外螺紋302之接桿30外環面處係標示有一(-)符號用以辨識,該各正牙外螺紋301及逆牙外螺紋302之螺旋長度係設為大於或等於半圓周之距離。
請再配合參閱第四至六圖所示,該接頭40係至少具有一螺接端面41,該螺接端面41係具有一正逆牙螺孔42,該正逆牙螺孔42係由四條正螺槽43與四條逆螺槽44間隔交替設置所構成,該各正螺槽43及各逆螺槽44之螺旋長度係設為大於或等於半圓周之距離,該接頭40之另一端則視其組裝之需要,而可設為任何不同型式之形狀或結構。
請再配合參閱第七、八圖所示,以下介紹本創作之特點,由於該各接頭40皆具有一螺接端面41,各螺接端面41皆具有一正逆牙螺孔42,該兩兩相對之兩接頭40間,乃可以接桿30兩末端之正牙外螺紋301、逆牙外螺紋302各自螺入於所對應接頭40之正逆牙螺孔42中,由於該各接頭40之正逆牙螺孔42係同時具有正螺槽43及逆螺槽44,是以,無論是接桿30之正外螺紋301或逆外螺紋302皆可螺入到所對應之正逆牙螺孔中,如第七圖所示,當該接桿30沿一旋向旋轉時,可將接桿30兩端之數正牙外螺紋301與該數逆牙外螺紋302同時螺入於於兩相對接頭40之正逆牙螺孔42中而鎖緊,或反方向旋轉時,可將該接桿30兩端數正牙外螺紋301與該數逆牙外螺紋302同時與該兩接頭40之正逆牙螺孔42分離,達到快速進行組拆而具備省事與省時之功效,況且,由於本創作係藉由螺孔與螺紋之結合,因此組合後之強度極佳,而不易發生鬆脫、崩塌等情事,可藉以組裝出大型之結構,更由於該接桿30兩端之外螺紋,係設為由數個正牙外螺紋301及數個逆牙外螺紋302所構成,及搭配該各接頭40之各正逆牙螺孔42係由數正螺槽43與數逆螺槽44間隔交替設置所構成,俾接桿3 0兩端之外螺紋能極快的找到螺入於各接頭40之正逆牙螺孔42之螺入點,並能以極短的旋轉圈徑即能螺鎖到定位,更加增進組拆之速度者。
請再配合參閱第九圖所示,其係本實施例之接頭之各種實施態樣,其係包括了一同軸雙接頭11、一直角雙接頭12、一附軸管同軸雙接頭13、一附軸管直角雙接頭14、一附軸管T型三接頭15、一附軸管十字四接頭16、一連體平行四接頭17、一轉向軸管雙接頭18、一管塞單接頭19、一直角C型夾單接頭20、一斜角C型夾單接頭21、一直角附軸管單接頭22、一斜角附軸管單接頭23等元件;該同軸雙接頭11係呈兩端貫通之管體,各端係具有一螺接端面114,各螺接端面114並具有一正逆牙螺孔111,各正逆牙螺孔111係由4條正螺槽112與4條逆螺槽113間隔交替設置所構成。
該直角雙接頭12係由兩管體呈直角所構成,該各管體係各具有一螺接端面124,各螺接端面124並具有一正逆牙螺孔121,各正逆牙螺孔121係由4條正螺槽122與4條逆螺槽123間隔交替設置所構成。

該附軸管十字四接頭16係於一具通孔165的軸管164之外環面形成四螺接端面166,該各螺接端面166係彼此成直角設置,該各螺接端面166並具有一正逆牙螺孔161,各正逆牙螺孔161係由4條正螺槽162與4條逆螺槽163間隔交替設置所構成。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種積木結構,其主要包含有一接頭單元、及至少一接桿;該接頭單元具有一至數接頭,該各接頭係至少具有一螺接端面,該各螺接端面係具有一正逆牙螺孔,該正逆牙螺孔係由一至數正螺槽與一至數逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成;該接桿之一端具有一至數間隔設置之正牙外螺紋,另一端則具有一至數間隔設置之逆牙外螺紋。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之積木結構,其中,該接桿之中段外徑係與螺接端面之外徑相同。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之積木結構,其中,各正螺槽及各逆螺槽之螺旋長度係設為大於或等於半圓周之距離,該各正牙外螺紋及逆牙外螺紋之螺旋長度係設為大於或等於半圓周之距離。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之積木結構,該接頭單元更包括了一至數直角雙接頭,該直角雙接頭係由兩管體呈直角所構成,該各管體係各具有一螺接端面,各螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之積木結構,該接頭單元更包括了一至數附軸管直角雙接頭、一至數管塞單接頭、一至數直角C型夾單接頭、一至數斜角C型夾單接頭,其中;該附軸管直角雙接頭,係於一具通孔的軸管之外環面呈直角處各形成一螺接端面,該各螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正 逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成;該管塞單接頭之一端係具有一螺接端面,另一端係形成為弧形之封閉端,該螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成;該直角C型夾單接頭係於一c型夾之側面形成一螺接端面,該螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成,該c型夾與螺接端面係成垂直設置;該斜角C型夾單接頭係於一c型夾之側面形成一螺接端面,該螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成,該c型夾與螺接端面係成傾斜設置。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之積木結構,該接頭單元更包括了一至數附軸管同軸雙接頭、一至數附軸管直角雙接頭、一至數附軸管T型三接頭、一至數管塞單接頭,其中;該附軸管同軸雙接頭係於一具通孔的軸管之相對外環面各形成一螺接端面,該各螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成;該附軸管直角雙接頭,係於一具通孔的軸管之外環面呈直角處各形成一螺接端面,該各螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成;該附軸管T型三接頭係於一具通孔的軸管之外環面形成三螺接端面,該各螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由 一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成;該管塞單接頭之一端係具有一螺接端面,另一端係形成為弧形之封閉端,該螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成。
  7. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之積木結構,該接頭單元更包括了一至數連體平行四接頭、一至數轉向軸管雙接頭、一至數管塞單接頭、一至數直角附軸管單接頭,其中;該連體平行四接頭係於一連接片之同一側面形成二間隔排列之同軸雙接頭,該各同軸雙接頭之兩端係各形成一螺接端面,各螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成;該轉向軸管雙接頭係於一連接片之同側形成一同軸雙接頭及一軸管,該同軸雙接頭之兩端係各形成一螺接端面,各螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成;該軸管係具一兩端貫通之通孔,同軸雙接頭與軸管係成垂直設置;該管塞單接頭之一端係具有一螺接端面,另一端係形成為弧形之封閉端,該螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成;該直角附軸管單接頭係於一具通孔的軸管之外環面形成一螺接端面,該螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成,該軸管與螺接端面係呈垂直設置。
  8. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之積木結構,該接頭單元更包括了一至數該附軸管十字四接頭,其中; 該附軸管十字四接頭係於一具通孔的軸管之外環面形成四螺接端面,該各螺接端面係彼此成直角設置,該各螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成。
  9. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之積木結構,該接頭單元更包括了一至數斜角附軸管單接頭,其中;該斜角附軸管單接頭係於一具通孔的軸管之外環面形成一螺接端面,該螺接端面並具有一正逆牙螺孔,各正逆牙螺孔係由一至數條正螺槽與一至數條逆螺槽間隔交替設置所構成,該軸管與螺接端面係呈傾斜設置。
  10. 依據申請專利範圍第7項所述之積木結構,其中,該軸管之通孔係可供各螺接端面插入而成可活動轉動之軸樞狀態。
