Abstract

本発明は、導電体接続用部材、接続構造及び太陽電池モジュールに関する。太陽電池モジュールは、複数の太陽電池セルがその表面電極に電気的に接続された配線部材を介して直列及び/又は並列に接続された構造を有している。そして、電極と配線部材との接続には、ハンダや導電性接着剤が用いられている。しかし、ハンダを用いた接続では、接続に伴う高温等のために、作製された太陽電池モジュールの特性劣化を生じやすく、また、導電性接着剤を用いた接続では、煩雑な接続工程のために、太陽電池モジュールの生産性が低下する等の問題があった。本発明は、主面の少なくとも一方に粗化面を有する金属箔と、その金属箔の前記粗化面上に形成された接着剤層とを備える、導電体接続用部材を太陽電池モジュールの接続に用いること等によって、上記問題の解決を図ったものである。
