Claims (4)
- 隣接する太陽電池の表面上に形成された電極を配線部材によって接続することにより、互いに接続された複数の太陽電池を備える太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記配線部材は少なくとも片面に前記電極より硬い凹凸形状を有し、前記凹凸形状の凸部の高さは10〜50μmであり、前記凸部の少なくとも一部は前記電極の中に食い込み、
前記太陽電池と前記配線部材とは、樹脂によって接着されていることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記配線部材は、第1の部材と、前記第1の部材を覆う表面に形成され前記電極より硬い凹凸形状を有する第2の部材とで構成される請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 太陽電池の表面上に電極を形成する工程と、
前記電極を覆うように配置された樹脂上に、隣接する太陽電池の表面上に形成された電極と接続する配線部材を配置する工程と、
前記配線部材上部から前記太陽電池の方向へ圧力をかけながら、当該太陽電池を加熱し、前記電極に配線部材の一部を食い込ませる工程と、を含み、
前記配線部材は少なくとも片面に前記電極より硬い凹凸形状を有し、前記凹凸形状の凸部の高さは10〜50μmであり、前記凸部の少なくとも一部は前記電極の中に食い込む、ことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記配線部材は、第1の部材と、前記第1の部材を覆う表面に形成され前記電極より硬い凹凸形状を有する第2の部材とで構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
