[0031] 樹脂剤3上に配置されたタブ20上部から太陽電池1の方向へ圧力をかけながら、当該太陽電池1を加熱する。この加熱時において、タブ20の銀層20bの表面領域は、表面電極11、裏面電極12よりも硬い状態が保たれる。
る温度が高くなれば、太陽電池1の反りは大きくなりやすい。従って、太陽電池1の反りの低減には、低い温度での接着接合が最も有効な手段といえる。
ブを用い、裏面側は、銅箔20aに軟導体として表面に錫のコーティング層20bを設けたものである。
Claims (4)
- 所定の太陽電池の受光面上に形成された表面電極と、前記所定の太陽電池に隣接する別の太陽電池の裏面上に形成された裏面電極とを、配線部材によって接続することにより、互いに接続された複数の太陽電池を備える太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記配線部材は受光面側および裏面側に前記表面電極および前記裏面電極より硬い凹凸形状を有し、
受光面側に設けられた凸部の少なくとも一部は前記裏面電極の中に食い込み、裏面側に設けられた凸部の少なくとも一部は前記表面電極の中に食い込み、
前記所定の太陽電池と前記配線部材とは、樹脂によって接着され、前記別の太陽電池と前記配線部材とは、樹脂によって接着されていることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記配線部材は、第1の部材と、前記第1の部材を覆う表面に形成され前記電極より硬い凹凸形状を有する第2の部材とで構成される請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 太陽電池の受光面上及び裏面上に、それぞれ、表面電極及び裏面電極を形成する工程と、
所定の太陽電池の前記表面電極を覆うように配置された樹脂上と、前記所定の太陽電池に隣接する別の太陽電池の前記裏面電極を覆うように配置された樹脂上とに、前記表面電極と前記裏面電極とを接続する配線部材を配置する工程と、
前記配線部材上部から前記太陽電池の方向へ圧力をかけながら、当該太陽電池を加熱し、前記表面電極及び前記裏面電極に前記配線部材の一部を食い込ませて、前記電極に配線部材を接続する工程と、を含み、
前記配線部材は受光面側および裏面側に前記表面電極および前記裏面電極より硬い凹凸形状を有し、
受光面側に設けられた前記凸部の少なくとも一部は前記裏面電極の中に食い込み、裏面側に設けられた前記凸部の少なくとも一部は前記表面電極の中に食い込むことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記配線部材は、第1の部材と、前記第1の部材を覆う表面に形成され前記電極より硬い凹凸形状を有する第2の部材とで構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電
池モジュールの製造方法。
