 半導体基板(101)の一方の表面において第1導電型領域(111)と第2導電型領域(112)とが交互に形成された裏面接合型太陽電池であって、第1導電型領域(111)上に設置された第1導電型用電極(121)と、第2導電型領域(112)上に設置された第2導電型用電極(122)と、を含み、第1導電型領域(111)と第2導電型領域(112)との配列方向において隣り合う第2導電型用電極(122)の間に第1導電型用電極(121)との電気的な接続が妨げられる領域である第1の非接続領域(141)と、第1導電型領域(111)と第2導電型領域(112)との配列方向において隣り合う第1導電型用電極(121)の間に第2導電型用電極(122)との電気的な接続が妨げられる領域である第2の非接続領域(142)と、を有する裏面接合型太陽電池、配線基板付き裏面接合型太陽電池、太陽電池ストリングおよび太陽電池モジュールである。
