Abstract

MÓDULO DE CÉLULA SOLAR SENSIBILIZADA POR CORANTE TENDO UMA ESTRUTURA EM SÉRIE E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DA CÉLULA SOLAR. A presente invenção está correlacionada a um módulo de célula solar sensibilizada por corante (1), compreendendo pelo menos duas unidades de célula solar sensibilizada por corante (2a-2c) dispostas adjacentes entre si e conectadas em série. O módulo de célula solar sensibilizada por corante compreende um substrato poroso isolante (7), onde a primeira camada condutora (4) é uma camada condutora porosa formada sobre um lado do substrato poroso isolante, e a segunda camada condutora (5) é uma camada condutora porosa formada sobre o lado oposto do substrato poroso isolante. Um elemento de conexão em série (6) penetra através do substrato poroso isolante e se estende entre a primeira camada condutora de uma das unidades de célula e a segunda camada condutora da unidade de célula adjacente, desse modo, conectando eletricamente a primeira camada condutora de uma das unidades de célula com a segunda camada condutora da unidade de célula adjacente. A presente invenção também se refere a um método de fabricação do módulo de célula solar sensibilizada por corante.
