Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de photorésist de soudure liquide et un film en résist de soudure préparé à partir de la composition. Dans la composition de photorésist de soudure liquide comprenant une résine durcissable aux UV et conçue au moyen d'une solution alcaline aqueuse, un monomère acrylique réactif aux UV, une résine époxyde, un initiateur de photopolymérisation et un solvant organique, la résine époxyde présente une structure d'isocyanurate comprenant un groupe époxyde et au moins deux groupes acryle dans une molécule, telle que celle préparée au cours d'étapes consistant: (a) à faire réagir un composé de cyanurate avec un monomère à base d'acrylate, de manière à produire un produit comprenant des groupes acryle; et (b) à ajouter une épichlorohydrine au produit de l'étape (a). Le film en photorésist de soudure préparé à partir de la composition de photorésist de soudure liquide permet d'assurer une largeur de commande sèche importante sans adhésivité à la surface et possède d'excellentes propriétés.
