Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von partikelfreien Lösungen polymerer Halbleiter sowie deren Verwendung zur Erzeugung von Schichten polymerer Halbleiter in polymeren organischen Leuchtdioden (PLEDs), organischen integrierten Schaltungen (O-ICs), organischen Feld-Effekt-Transistoren (OFETs), organischen Dünnfilmtransistoren (OTFTs), organischen Solarzellen (OSCs) oder organischen Laserdioden (O-Laser).
