Claims (10)

  1. 一種內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,是構成自行車的車輪的輪轂之內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,係具備:輪轂軸、具有可收納車架的凹部且用來收容置馬達之馬達外殼、以及電路基板,前述馬達外殼係具有:形成前述凹部且朝輪轂軸方向外方鼓出而在內部形成第1空間之鼓出部,前述電路基板配置於前述第1空間內。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,其中,前述凹部可收納前叉之前端部分,該前叉之前端部分係為前述自行車的前車架之一部分。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,其中,進一步具備搭載於前述電路基板上之馬達控制電路。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,其中,前述馬達外殼係具備:無法旋轉地連結於前述輪轂軸之第1外殼構件、以及可旋轉自如地藉由前述輪轂軸及前述第1外殼構件支承且配合前述第1外殼構件而能在內部形成第2空間之第2外殼構件;前述凹部是設置於第1外殼構件。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之內設有馬達之自行 車用輪轂,其中,前述第1外殼構件係具備:無法旋轉地連結於前述輪轂軸且用來支承前述第2外殼構件之外殼主體、以及具有前述凹部且在其與前述外殼主體之間形成前述第1空間之蓋構件。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,其中,進一步具備管構件;前述蓋構件進一步具有:朝前述外殼主體的外方突出且能沿著前述前叉配置之配線連接部;前述管構件之一端部是配置於前述第2空間的一部分,另一端部是配置於前述配線連接部。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,其中,前述馬達控制電路係具有用來驅動前述馬達之轉換器電路。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,其中,前述轉換器電路係具有半導體驅動元件。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,其中,進一步具備:配置於前述鼓出部的內側面和前述半導體驅動元件之間且與前述鼓出部及前述半導體驅動元件接觸之散熱構件。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之內設有馬達之自行車用輪轂,其中,前述馬達控制電路係含有電力線通訊電路; 在前述馬達外殼設置:與前述電力線通訊電路電氣連接之雙芯的連接器。
