Description

電動自行車
本發明係一種電動自行車,更詳細地係有關於一種安裝有藍牙之類的無線通訊模組的電動自行車。
一般自行車為短距離移動工具之一,但最近以遠距離移動或減小使用者體力消耗為目的,開發出了透過馬達的驅動力行駛的電動自行車。
為提供驅動力而安裝於電動自行車上的輪轂馬達結構體安裝於電動自行車的前輪或後輪(以下統稱為“車輪”)來旋轉車輪,從而實現行駛。
輪轂馬達結構體具備透過輻條與車輪連接的馬達殼體,根據透過馬達殼體內的轉子和定子產生的旋轉力,使車輪和馬達殼體一同旋轉。此時,馬達的旋轉力可由使用者利用電控單元等控制部操作來控制,還可在上坡路等行駛時檢測駕駛員的踏板感覺來更加階段性控制馬達的驅動。在馬達殼體的外側設置鏈輪,以使該鏈輪透過鏈條與自行車的踏板連接,駕駛員還可透過與該鏈輪連接的鏈條,根據踏板力使自行車行駛。

本發明實施例的電動自行車提供一種安裝有無線通訊模組的電動自行車。

以下,將參照附圖詳述本發明實施例。以下介紹的實施例作為例子提供,以能夠向本領域技術人員充分傳達本發明的思想。本發明並不限於以下說明的實施例,可以以其他方式來具體實現。為了明確說明本發明,附圖中省略了與說明無關的部分,便於附圖說明,可以誇張表示構成要件的寬度、長度、厚度等。整個說明書中同一參照符號表示同一構成要件。
如第1圖所示,自行車一般包括設置有前輪2和手把3的手把架1A,以及設置有踏板5和鞍座6及後輪7的主架1B。踏板5與後輪7透過鏈條8連接,手把架1A為了轉向而可回轉地組裝在主架1B上,且設置有用於制動的制動器。為了提高便攜性,主架1B可以折疊式設置。
如第2圖及第3圖所示,本實施例的電動自行車包括用於對電動自行車提供馬達驅動力的輪轂馬達結構體10。
參照附圖,輪轂馬達結構體10設置於在電動自行車的主架1B上設置的車輪軸9上。更具體地,輪轂馬達結構體10包括可旋轉地設置於車輪(前輪或後輪)軸9上的馬達殼體11,以及與馬達殼體11結合的罩殼體12。馬達殼體11與罩殼體12透過螺栓13緊固。
馬達殼體11利用設置於外周面的多個輻條4與車輪連接,且可旋轉地設置於軸9上。即,如第3圖所示,軸9貫穿馬達殼體11的中心,其兩端固定於在電動自行車的主架1B上設置的一對前叉(fork)上。並且,馬達殼體11在內部設有預定空間,其空間內具備用於產生驅動車輪的旋轉力的馬達單元20。對於馬達部進行後述。
罩殼體12可旋轉地設置於軸9上,其被組裝於馬達殼體11上。如圖所示,罩殼體12組裝於馬達殼體11的一側面,具有以軸9貫穿其中的中心貫穿的形狀。在罩殼體12的前面設置與鏈條8連接的鏈輪14,以傳遞由電動自行車的踩踏板產生的旋轉力。
馬達殼體11與罩殼體12結合來形成輪轂馬達結構體10,輪轂馬達結構體10透過從設置於內部的馬達單元20產生的旋轉力與車輪一同旋轉。
在此,馬達單元20為一般使用的公知馬達,其具備:環形定子22,其透過連接板23固定於軸9上,且捲繞有線圈(未圖示);以及轉子21,其與定子22隔開一定間隙,安裝於馬達殼體11的內周面。當在轉子21上安裝多個磁鐵(未圖示),對定子22的線圈施加電源時,斥力和引力 作用於磁鐵與線圈之間而使轉子21旋轉。即,隨著轉子21的旋轉,馬達殼體11及組裝於馬達殼體11上的罩殼體12與車輪一同旋轉,為了使馬達殼體11及罩殼體12輕鬆旋轉,在各殼體與軸9之間設置軸承24、25。
馬達單元20根據設置於定子22內部的連接板23上的電控單元(ECU)30的電控信號使車輪旋轉。
如第4圖簡略圖示,電控單元30包括驅動部32、蓄電池部34、儲存部36及無線通訊部38。
驅動部32是指馬達單元20,蓄電池部34對包括電控單元30在內的電動自行車的各種構成要件供給電源。蓄電池部34包括與適配器(未圖示)連接的蓄電池(參照第1圖的35),以便能從外部充電。
儲存部36儲存電動自行車的固有識別資訊和用於與後述的使用者終端40進行無線通訊的各種資訊。
無線通訊部38支援與使用者終端40的近距離無線通訊。無線通訊部38例如可由藍牙(Bluetooth)、紅外線通信(IrDA,Infrared Data Association)、UWB(Ultra Wideband)、紫蜂(ZigBee)中任意一個或多個組合而成。
本實施例的電控單元30能夠透過無線通訊部38接收來自使用者終端40的通信連接請求,與使用者終端40進行通信連接,以根據接收的連接請求彼此間進行資訊的接收發送。作為一例,當無線通訊部38為藍牙模組的情況下,電控單元30進行用於使用者終端40與器械之間的通信連接的藍牙配對。
使用者終端40包括可實現無線通訊的終端。例如,使用者終端40可為移動的同時可進行無線通訊的終端例如平板電腦、手提電腦、手機、個人數位助理(Personal Digital Assistant;PDA)、智慧手機、平板終端等。
另一方面,如第5圖所示,為了將無線通訊部容易地設置於電動自行車上,無線通訊部38利用模組外殼50設置於電動自行車的車輪軸9上。在車輪軸9上設置的原因是,離在車輪上設置的輪轂馬達結構體10的電控裝置30最近並且不旋轉,所以設置及佈線容易並且不會露出到外部。
模組外殼50包括將結合車輪軸的圓柱形的連桿52,以及與連桿52一體設置並容納無線通訊模組(未圖示)的外殼54。連桿52和外殼54垂直地分離成兩個部分,當設置車輪軸9時,可將分離的主體夾著軸從兩側結合之後,緊固螺栓55和螺帽56來牢固固定。連桿52的內側可配置絕緣緩衝墊57,無線通訊模組的電纜58透過鄰接設置於軸上的電線孔(未圖示)與輪轂馬達結構體10內的電控單元30電連接。
如第3圖所示,在車輪軸9的一側設置有與踏板5連接的鏈輪14,所以將容納有無線通訊模組的模組外殼50設置於車輪軸9的另一側。
第6圖是作為一例示出與電控單元的無線通訊部透過藍牙配對的使用者終端的畫面的圖。如圖所示,若配對結束,則使用者終端40的畫面上可顯示從電動自行車提供的多種資訊例如行駛速度A、行駛距離B、蓄電池餘量等,相反,透過使用者終端40的觸控畫面輸入的資訊例如踏板的負荷資訊、加速資訊等可通過無線通訊傳遞到電控單元30。
在此,本實施例舉例示出了透過電動自行車與使用者終端之間的無線通訊輸入輸出的幾種資訊,但本發明不限於此。當然也可以相互傳遞例如電動自行車的識別資訊、GPS資訊、陀螺儀資訊、加速度資訊等多種資訊。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種電動自行車,其特徵在於,包括:輪轂馬達結構體,其為了提供驅動力而設置於車輪上;電控單元,其設置於該輪轂馬達結構體的內部;以及無線通訊部,其設置於該電動自行車的車輪軸上並與該電控單元電連接;其中,當該電動自行車驅動時,不旋轉之該車輪軸的一側設置與踏板連接的鏈輪,另一側設置該無線通訊部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電動自行車,其中該無線通訊部包括藍牙。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述的電動自行車,其中該無線通訊部包括模組外殼,該模組外殼包括:連桿,其可連接於該車輪軸上;以及外殼,其與連桿一體設置,內部容納該無線通訊模組。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的電動自行車,其中該無線通訊部與使用者終端連接,以實現無線通訊。
