技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动自行车,更详细地涉及一种安装有蓝牙之类的无线通信模块的电动自行车。
背景技术
一般自行车为短距离移动工具之一,但最近以远距离移动或减小使用者体力消耗为目的,开发出了通过马达的驱动力行驶的电动自行车。
为提供驱动力而安装于电动自行车上的轮毂马达结构体安装于电动自行车的前轮或后轮(以下统称为“车轮”)来旋转车轮,从而实现行驶。
轮毂马达结构体具备通过辐条与车轮连接的马达壳体,根据通过马达壳体内的转子和定子产生的旋转力,使车轮和马达壳体一同旋转。此时,马达的旋转力可由使用者利用电控单元等控制部操作来控制,还可在上坡路等行驶时检测驾驶员的踏板感觉来更加阶段性控制马达的驱动。在马达壳体的外侧设置链轮,以使该链轮通过链条与自行车的踏板连接,驾驶员还可通过与该链轮连接的链条,根据踏板力使自行车行驶。

(二)技术方案
本发明的一方面的电动自行车可包括:轮毂马达结构体,其为了提供驱动力而设置于车轮上;电控单元,其设置于轮毂马达结构体的内部;以及无线通信部,其设置于车轮轴上并与电控单元电连接。
在所述车轮轴的一侧可设置与踏板连接的链轮,另一侧设置所述无线通信部。
所述无线通信部可包括蓝牙。
所述无线通信部可包括模块外壳,所述模块外壳可包括:连杆,其可连接于车轮轴上;以及外壳,其与连杆一体设置,内部容纳无线通信模块。
所述无线通信部可与用户终端连接,以实现无线通信。
(三)有益效果
本发明实施例的电动自行车在最靠近电控单元且不旋转的车轮轴上设置蓝牙之类的无线通信模块,从而可省略复杂的连接布线。
并且,在本发明实施例的电动自行车的车轮轴上设置的无线通信模块由于没有露在外部,所以不仅不会妨碍自行车行驶,而且还可维持美观外形。

以下,将参照附图详述本发明实施例。以下介绍的实施例作为例子提供,以能够向本领域技术人员充分传达本发明的思想。本发明并不限于以下说明的实施例,可以以其他方式来具体实现。为了明确说明本发明,附图中省略了与说明无关的部分,便于附图说明,可以夸张表示构成要件的宽度、长度、厚度等。整个说明书中同一参照符号表示同一构成要件。
如图1所示,自行车一般包括设置有前轮2和手把3的手把架1A,以及设置有踏板5和鞍座6及后轮7的主架1B。踏板5与后轮7通过链条8连接,手把架1A为了转向而可回转地组装在主驾1B上,且设置有用于制动的制动器。为了提高便携性,主架1B可以折叠式设置。
如图2及图3所示,本实施例的电动自行车包括用于对电动自行车提供马达驱动力的轮毂马达结构体10。
参照附图,轮毂马达结构体10设置于在电动自行车的主架1B上设置的车轮轴9上。更具体地,轮毂马达结构体10包括可旋转地设置于车轮(前轮或后轮)轴9上的马达壳体11,以及与马达壳体11结合的罩壳体12。马达壳体11与罩壳体12通过螺栓13紧固。
马达壳体11利用设置于外周面的多个辐条4与车轮连接,且可旋转地设置于轴9上。即,如图3所示,轴9贯穿马达壳体11的中心,其两端固定于在电动自行车的主架1B上设置的一对前叉(fork)上。并且,马达壳体11在内部设有预定空间,其空间内具备用于产生驱动车轮的旋转力的马达单元20。对于马达部进行后述。
罩壳体12可旋转地设置于轴9上,其被组装于马达壳体11上。如图所示,罩壳体12组装于马达壳体11的一侧面,具有以轴9贯穿其中的中心贯穿的形状。在罩壳体12的前面设置与链条8连接的链轮14,以传递由电动自行车的踩踏板产生的旋转力。
马达壳体11与罩壳体12结合来形成轮毂马达结构体10,轮毂马达结构体10通过从设置于内部的马达单元20产生的旋转力与车轮一同旋转。
在此,马达单元20为一般使用的公知马达,其具备:环形定子22,其通过连接板23固定于轴9上,且卷绕有线圈(未图示);以及转子21,其与定子22隔开一定间隙,安装于马达壳体11的内周面。当在转子21上安装多个磁铁(未图示),对定子22的线圈施加电源时,斥力和引力作用于磁铁与线圈之间而使转子21旋转。即,随着转子21的旋转,马达壳体11及组装于马达壳体11上的罩壳体12与车轮一同旋转,为了使马达壳体11及罩壳体12轻松旋转,在各壳体与轴9之间设置轴承24、25。
马达单元20根据设置于定子22内部的连接板23上的电控单元(ECU)30的电控信号使车轮旋转。
如图4简略图示,电控单元30包括驱动部32、蓄电池部34、储存部36及无线通信部38。
驱动部32是指马达单元20,蓄电池部34对包括电控单元30在内的电动自行车的各种构成要件供给电源。蓄电池部34包括与适配器(未图示)连接的蓄电池(参照图1的35),以便能从外部充电。
储存部36储存电动自行车的固有识别信息和用于与后述的用户终端40进行无线通信的各种信息。
无线通信部38支援与用户终端40的近距离无线通信。无线通信部38例如可由蓝牙(Bluetooth)、红外线通信(IrDA,Infrared Data Association)、UWB(Ultra Wideband)、紫蜂(ZigBee)中任意一个或多个组合而成。
本实施例的电控单元30能够通过无线通信部38接收来自用户终端40的通信连接请求,与用户终端40进行通信连接,以根据接收的连接请求彼此间进行信息的接收发送。作为一例,当无线通信部38为蓝牙模块的情况下,电控单元30进行用于用户终端40与器械之间的通信连接的蓝牙配对。
用户终端40包括可实现无线通信的终端。例如,用户终端40可为移动的同时可进行无线通信的终端例如平板电脑、手提电脑、手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant;PDA)、智能手机、平板终端等。
另一方面,如图5所示,为了将无线通信部容易地设置于电动自行车上,无线通信部38利用模块外壳50设置于电动自行车的车轮轴9上。在车轮轴9上设置的原因是,离在车轮上设置的轮毂马达结构体10的电控装置30最近并且不旋转,所以设置及布线容易并且不会露出到外部。
模块外壳50包括将结合车轮轴的圆柱形的连杆52,以及与连杆52一体设置并容纳无线通信模块(未图示)的外壳54。连杆52和外壳54垂直地分离成两个部分,当设置车轮轴9时,可将分离的主体夹着轴从两侧结合之后,紧固螺栓55和螺帽56来牢固固定。连杆52的内侧可配置绝缘缓冲垫57,无线通信模块的电缆58通过邻接设置于轴上的电线孔(未图示)与轮毂马达结构体10内的电控单元30电连接。
如图3所示,在车轮轴9的一侧设置有与踏板5连接的链轮14,所以将容纳有无线通信模块的模块外壳50设置于车轮轴9的另一侧。
图6是作为一例示出与电控单元的无线通信部通过蓝牙配对的用户终端的画面的图。如图所示,若配对结束,则用户终端40的画面上可显示从电动自行车提供的多种信息例如行驶速度A、行驶距离B、蓄电池余量等,相反,通过用户终端40的触控画面输入的信息例如踏板的负荷信息、加速信息等可通过无线通信传递到电控单元30。
在此,本实施例举例示出了通过电动自行车与用户终端之间的无线通信输入输出的几种信息,但本发明不限于此。当然也可以相互传递例如电动自行车的识别信息、GPS信息、陀螺仪信息、加速度信息等多种信息。
Claims (5)
1.一种电动自行车,其特征在于,包括:
轮毂马达结构体,其为了提供驱动力而设置于车轮上;
电控单元,其设置于所述轮毂马达结构体的内部;以及
无线通信部,其设置于电动自行车的车轮轴上并与所述电控单元电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车,其特征在于,在所述车轮轴的一侧设置与踏板连接的链轮,另一侧设置所述无线通信部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车,其特征在于,所述无线通信部包括蓝牙。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电动自行车,其特征在于,所述无线通信部包括模块外壳,
所述模块外壳包括:连杆,其可连接于车轮轴上;以及外壳,其与连杆一体设置,内部容纳无线通信模块。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电动自行车,其特征在于,所述无线通信部与用户终端连接,以实现无线通信。
