Claims (5)
- 自転車用車輪駆動装置であって、
ハブ軸と、
前記ハブ軸の外周側に配置され、外周にハブフランジを有し、内部に収納空間を有するハブシェルと、
前記収納空間に収納され、前記ハブ軸に対して前記ハブシェルを回転させるモータ駆動部と、
前記収納空間の外側で前記ハブシェル内に配置されたローラブレーキ装置と、を備え、
前記ローラブレーキ装置は、
前記自転車に固定可能な固定ブラケットと、
前記ハブシェルに一体回転可能に設けられ内周面に制動面を有する円筒状のブレーキドラムと、
前記固定ブラケットに対して回転不能であり、前記制動面に接触可能な接触面を有し、前記ブレーキドラムに制動作用する複数のブレーキシューと、
前記ブレーキシューを径方向内方に付勢する付勢部材と、
周方向に間隔を隔てて配置された複数のローラと、回動により前記ローラを径方向外方に押圧するカム機構とを有し、前記ブレーキシューを前記ブレーキドラムに圧接させるブレーキ動作部と、を有し、
前記ハブシェルは、一端に前記ハブフランジの基端部より小径の筒状のブレーキ装着部を有し、
前記ブレーキドラムは、外周面に前記ハブシェルの前記ブレーキ装着部の内周面に回転不能に係合する係合部を有する、自転車用車輪駆動装置。 - 前記係合部は、周方向に並べて多数の凹凸部を有するセレーションである、請求項1に記載の自転車用車輪駆動装置。
- 前記係合部は、前記車輪が進行方向に回転した状態で制動したときに締まるネジ方向のねじである、請求項1に記載の自転車用車輪駆動装置。
- 前記ブレーキドラムは、軸受を介して前記ハブ軸に回転自在に支持されており、
前記ハブシェルの前記ブレーキ装着部は、前記ブレーキドラムを介して前記ハブ軸に回転自在に支持されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の自転車用車輪駆動装置。 - 前記ブレーキ装着部は、端部内周面に前記係合部より大径の大径部を有し、
前記固定ブラケットには、前記大径部の内周面に近接して配置される部材が装着されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の自転車用車輪駆動装置。
