Claims (29)
1. Способ полимеризации, включающий: полимеризацию в петлевой реакционной зоне, по крайней мере, одного олефинового мономера в жидком разбавителе с получением жидкой суспензии, содержащей жидкий разбавитель и твердые частицы олефинового полимера; поддержание концентрации твердых частиц олефинового полимера в суспензии в зоне выше 40 мас.% от массы частиц полимера и массы жидкого разбавителя; и непрерывный отбор суспензии, имеющей повышенную концентрацию твердых частиц по сравнению с концентрацией в суспензии в зоне; отобранная суспензия, как полупродукт в процессе, содержит отобранный жидкий разбавитель и отобранные твердые частицы полимера.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что олефиновый мономер содержит этилен и, в частности, в котором мономер олефина содержит этилен и, в частности, в котором мономер олефина содержит этилен и 0,01-5 мас.% гексена от общей массы этилена и гексена и в котором жидкий разбавитель представляет собой изобутан.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что концентрация твердых частиц олефинового полимера в суспензии в зоне превышает 50 мас.% от массы частиц полимера и массы жидкого разбавителя.
4. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что перепад давления, по крайней мере, равный 0,124 МПа (18 psig), поддерживают в проталкивающей зоне, с целью обеспечения циркуляции суспензии в реакционной зоне.
5. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что перепад давления выше 21,3 на мм (0,07 фута) длины пути прохождения потока в реакторе поддерживают в проталкивающей зоне и, в частности, в которой перепад давления заключен в пределах от 21,3 до 45,7 мм/мм на мм (0,07-0,15 фут/фут на фут) длины пути прохождения потока.
6. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что реакционную зону поддерживают в заполненном жидкостью состоянии.
7. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что реакционная зона имеет объем больше 75,7 м3 (20000 галлонов), предпочтительно больше 113,6 м3 (30000 галлонов).
8. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полупродукт в процессе непрерывно пропускают через зону обогрева, в которой полупродукт нагревают с целью получения нагретого полупродукта, после чего нагретый полупродукт подвергают перепаду давления в зоне испарителя с высоким давлением, причем нагретый полупродукт нагревают настолько, что большая часть выведенного жидкого разбавителя испаряется и, таким образом, отделяется от выведенных твердых частиц полимера, после чего отделенный выведенный таким образом жидкий разбавитель конденсируется для возврата в цикл, без сжатия, путем теплообмена с жидкостью, имеющей температуру 4 - 54°С (40-130°F).
9. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что суспензию непрерывно выводят на участке рядом с последней точкой в петлевой реакционной зоне, где поток поворачивает вверх перед зоной введения катализатора.
10. Способ по одному из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что суспензию непрерывно выводят, по крайней мере, на одном участке, прилегающем к концу нижней зоны горизонтального потока.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что суспензию выводят на участке, расположенном вдоль вертикальной осевой плоскости нижней зоны горизонтального потока перед его поворотом вверх.
12. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, один участок расположен вдоль вертикальной осевой плоскости нижней зоны горизонтального потока и после поворота потока вверх.
13. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, один участок расположен под углом на расстоянии от вертикальной осевой плоскости нижней зоны горизонтального потока; этот угол равен 0-45o.
14. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, один участок расположен на расстоянии от вертикальной осевой плоскости под углом, равным 0-20o.
15. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, один участок расположен перед поворотом потока вверх.
16. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, один участок расположен после поворота потока вверх под углом, равным, по крайней мере, не меньше 1, но меньше, чем 45 градусов к оси верхнего потока.
17. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, один участок представляет собой только один участок или несколько участков.
18. Способ полимеризации, включающий полимеризацию в петлевой реакционной зоне, по крайней мере, одного олефинового мономера в жидком разбавителе с целью получения жидкой суспензии, содержащей жидкий разбавитель и твердые частицы олефинового полимера; отбор суспензии, содержащей выведенный жидкий разбавитель и выведенные твердые частицы полимера с чередующимся проведением следующих стадий:
(А) отстаивание суспензии, по крайней мере, в одной отстойной зоне с последующим выводом части отстоянной, таким образом, суспензии из отстойной зоны в виде полупродукта процесса, с последующим закрытием отстойной зоны; и
(В) последующий непрерывный отбор суспензии, содержащей выведенный жидкий разбавитель и выведенные твердые частицы полимера в виде полупродукта в процессе.
(А) отстаивание суспензии, по крайней мере, в одной отстойной зоне с последующим выводом части отстоянной, таким образом, суспензии из отстойной зоны в виде полупродукта процесса, с последующим закрытием отстойной зоны; и
(В) последующий непрерывный отбор суспензии, содержащей выведенный жидкий разбавитель и выведенные твердые частицы полимера в виде полупродукта в процессе.
19. Способ по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что он включает дополнительное регулирование условий в реакторе во время пуска стадии (В) с целью увеличения содержания твердых частиц в реакторе, по крайней мере, на 10%.
20. Петлевой реактор, включающий множество вертикальных секторов; множество верхних горизонтальных секторов; множество нижних горизонтальных секторов; в котором каждый из вертикальных секторов присоединен верхним концом с помощью верхнего колена к одному из верхних горизонтальных секторов, а нижним концом с помощью нижнего колена к одному из нижних горизонтальных секторов, что определяет непрерывный ход потока, позволяющий передавать жидкую суспензию; причем реактор в значительной мере свободен от забивки; средства введения реакционного мономера, катализатора полимеризации и жидкого разбавителя в реактор; средства для непрерывного продвижения суспензии в направлении хода потока, и, по крайней мере, одно продолговатое полое ответвление, прилегающее к концу нижнего потока одного из нижних горизонтальных секторов; причем указанное ответвление открыто сообщается с потоком и предназначено для непрерывного отбора суспензионного продукта; и продольную линию испарения, которая соединена потоком с ответвлением для передачи суспензионного продукта из ответвления в узел испарения, причем линия испарения имеет пристроенный подогреватель для нагревания суспензионного продукта.
21. Реактор по п.20, отличающийся тем, по крайней мере, одно ответвление присоединено к одному из нижних горизонтальных секторов, образуя нижний горизонтальный сектор, несущий ответвление, причем ответвление расположено вдоль вертикальной осевой плоскости нижнего горизонтального сектора, несущего ответвление и прилегает к гладкому нижнему колену в конце нижнего потока в нижнем горизонтальном секторе, несущем ответвление.
22. Реактор по п.20, отличающийся тем, что ответвление присоединено под углом 0 - 90o.
23. Реактор по п.20, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, одно ответвление соединено с гладким коленом, присоединенным в конце нижнего потока к нижнему горизонтальному сектору, несущему ответвление, образуя гладкое колено, несущее ответвление.
24. Реактор по п.23, отличающийся тем, что ответвление соединено с гладким коленом, несущем ответвление, под углом, по крайней мере, не меньше 1o, но меньше 45o от оси прилегающего вертикального сектора.
25. Реактор по п.24, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, одно ответвление присоединено под прямым углом к касательной к колену, несущему ответвление.
26. Реактор по п.24, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, одно ответвление присоединено по касательной к колену, несущему ответвление.
27. Реактор по п.26, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, одно ответвление присоединено на расстоянии от вертикальной осевой плоскости под углом 20 - 45o.
28. Реактор по п.26, отличающийся тем, что, по крайней мере, одно ответвление представляет собой именно одно ответвление или множество ответвлений.
29. Способ полимеризации, включающий полимеризацию в петлевой реакционной зоне, по крайней мере, одного олефинового мономера с использованием катализатора, содержащего оксид хрома на носителе, в жидком растворителе, с получением жидкой суспензии, содержащей жидкий разбавитель и твердые частицы олефинового полимера; поддержание концентрации твердых частиц полимера в суспензии в зоне выше 40 мас.% от массы частиц полимера и массы жидкого разбавителя; и непрерывный отбор суспензии, содержащей выведенный жидкий разбавитель и выведенные твердые частицы полимера, как полупродукта в процессе.
