Claims (13)

1. Фильтр для очистки выхлопного газа, включающий в себя подложку, содержащую множество пористых участков,
где данные участки образуют траекторию течения выхлопного газа,
на данных участках обеспечен пористый каталитический слой, и данный каталитический слой, имеющий толщину 10 мкм или больше, обеспечен на, по меньшей мере, 20% от полной длины участков в их продольном направлении, и
данный каталитический слой, имеющий толщину 10 мкм или больше, не присутствует на участках, составляющих 15 мм от выходной стороны.
2. Фильтр для очистки выхлопного газа по п. 1, в котором количество нанесения каталитического компонента, образующего часть каталитического слоя, варьирует соответственно плотности каталитического компонента и объему пор каталитического слоя.
3. Фильтр для очистки выхлопного газа по п. 1 или 2, в котором средний диаметр пор в каталитическом слое составляет от 1 до 5 мкм.
4. Фильтр для очистки выхлопного газа по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором доля пустот в каталитическом слое составляет не больше чем 50%.
5. Фильтр для очистки выхлопного газа по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором доля пустот в данных участках составляет от 40% до 60%.
6. Фильтр для очистки выхлопного газа по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором средний диаметр пор в данных участках составляет от 10 мкм до 20 мкм.
7. Фильтр для очистки выхлопного газа по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором каталитический компонент может включать в себя, по меньшей мере, один элемент из платины и палладия и, по меньшей мере, один щелочной металл и редкоземельный металл.
8. Фильтр для очистки выхлопного газа по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором толщина каталитического слоя составляет от 10 мкм до 50 мкм.
9. Способ получения фильтра для очистки выхлопного газа по любому из пп. 1-8, включающий этап, на котором суспензию, включающую в себя каталитический компонент и органический порообразующий материал, наносят, чтобы образовать поры в каталитическом слое.
10. Способ получения фильтра для очистки выхлопного газа по п. 9, в котором среднее отношение длина/диаметр органического порообразующего материала составляет 1,5 или меньше.
