Abstract
Структура типа сот для фильтрации газа, загруженного твердыми частицами, отличающаяся тем, что материал на основе карбида кремния, из которого изготовлены стенки, имеет открытую пористость, составляющую от 30 до 53%, медианный диаметр пор, равный от 9 до 20 мкм, среднее число открытых пор на поверхности стенок, эквивалентная площадь отверстий которых равна от 20 до 310 мкм, больше 300/ммстенки, и отношение общей площади отверстий указанных открытых пор к указанной площади стенок равно от 15 до 30%. Способ получения указанной структуры.
