Claims (2)
- 一の方向に延びる複数のセルを形成する隔壁と、端部において前記セルを交互に目封じする目封じ部とを備えるハニカムフィルタであって、前記隔壁が気孔率45〜70%の多孔質の基材からなり、前記基材の水銀圧入法により測定される平均細孔径を(A)μm、バブルポイント法により測定される平均細孔径を(B)μmとした場合に、{(A−B)/B}*100で表される平均細孔径差率が35(%)以下であり、平均細孔径(B)が15〜30μmであり、かつ、バブルポイント法で測定される最大細孔径が150μm以下であるハニカムフィルタ。
- 前記基材がコージェライト、炭化珪素、窒化珪素、ムライト、アルミナ及びシリカからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる請求項1に記載のハニカムフィルタ。
