Claims (10)

1. Способ получения экструдированного катализатора, в котором композицию катализатора экструдируют с получением тела катализатора, где, чтобы получить желаемые реологические свойства композиции катализатора, последняя содержит фракцию неорганического связующего, которая каталитически неактивна в исходном состоянии и образована из, по меньшей мере, одного связующего компонента, состоящего из индивидуальных частиц, и, по меньшей мере, часть фракции неорганического связующего обрабатывают, чтобы развить каталитическую активность.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором каталитически активный компонент примешивают, в добавление к связующей фракции, к композиции катализатора.

4. Способ по п. 2, в котором частицы, по меньшей мере, одного неорганического связующего компонента не имеют цеолитной структуры решетки в каталитически неактивном, исходном состоянии.
5. Способ по п. 2, в котором частицы по меньшей мере одного неорганического связующего компонента имеют пористую структуру.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором частицы имеют большую ширину пор по сравнению с цеолитом.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором частицы, по меньшей мере, одного неорганического связующего компонента покрывают каталитически активным слоем, в частности цеолитным слоем.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором каталитически активный слой имеет толщину слоя, которая меньше, чем 20% диаметра частиц и, в частности, находится в интервале от 0,5 мкм до 10 мкм.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором частицы, по меньшей мере, одного неорганического связующего компонента преобразуют, сохраняя их форму частиц, таким образом, что они, по меньшей мере, частично имеют цеолитную структуру решетки.
10. Катализатор, полученный с помощью способа по п. 1.
