Claims (18)
1. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2), в частности, каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов типа SCR, содержащий, по меньшей мере, один каталитически активный компонент (V) и содержащий, по меньшей мере, один пористый неорганический компонент-наполнитель (F), в котором неорганический компонент-наполнитель (F) имеет, по меньшей мере, мезопористость.
2. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по п. 1, который составляют множество основных компонентов (M) и пористый компонент-наполнитель (F), причем каталитически активный компонент (V) представляет собой один из основных компонентов (M), и основные компоненты (M) присутствуют в определенных пропорциональных количествах по отношению друг к другу, и каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) и пористый компонент-наполнитель (F) совместно проявляют, по меньшей мере, такую же каталитическую активность, как сравнительный каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов, в котором отсутствует компонент-наполнитель (F), и присутствуют такие же остальные основные компоненты (M) в определенных пропорциональных количествах по отношению друг к другу.
3. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по п. 1 или 2, в котором неорганический пористый компонент-наполнитель (F) содержится в пределах интервала от 5 до 50 мас.%, в частности, в пределах интервала от 10 до 25 мас.%.
4. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором, по меньшей мере, один пористый компонент-наполнитель (F) представляет собой глинистый материал.
5. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором, по меньшей мере, один пористый компонент-наполнитель (F) представляет собой сшитый глинистый материал.
6. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором, по меньшей мере, один пористый компонент-наполнитель (F) представляет собой диатомовую землю.
7. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по любому предшествующему пункту, включающий каталитическую систему на основе основного металла.
8. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по п. 7, в котором используется титано-ванадиевая система, содержащая ванадий как каталитически активный компонент (V).
9. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по п. 8, в котором титано-ванадиевая система присутствует в массовом содержании, составляющем от 70 до 90 мас.%.
10. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по п. 7, в котором используется каталитическая система на основе переходного металла, в частности, система WO3/CeO2 или стабилизированная система WO3/CeO2.
11. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором, по меньшей мере, один каталитически активный компонент представляет собой кристаллическое молекулярное сито.
12. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по п. 11, в котором молекулярное сито представляет собой алюмосиликатный цеолит.
13. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по п. 11 или 12, в котором, по меньшей мере, один используемый каталитически активный компонент представляет собой молекулярное сито, имеющее каркасную структуру MFI, BEA, CHA, AEI, FAU, AFX или ERI.
14. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по п. 11, 12 или 13, в котором молекулярное сито содержит металлический активатор и представляет собой, в частности, ионообменный цеолит.
15. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором пористый наполнитель (F) является каталитически неактивным.
16. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по любому предшествующему пункту, включающий связующий компонент (B), который дополняет пористый компонент-наполнитель (F).
17. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по любому предшествующему пункту, который представляет собой экструдированный каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов, в частности, ячеистый каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов.
18. Каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов (2) по любому предшествующему пункту, который представляет собой фильтр с проточными стенками.
