Abstract
1. Способ получения функционализированного полимера, включающий стадии:(i) полимеризации мономера с образованием реакционноспособного полимера; и(ii) взаимодействия реакционноспособного полимера с защищенным оксимным соединением, содержащим ацильную группу.2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный мономер содержит сопряженный диеновый мономер, и в котором на указанной стадии полимеризации применяют катализатор на основе лантаноида, содержащий (а) соединение, содержащее лантаноид, (b) алкилирующий агент и (с) источник галогена.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что указанный алкилирующий агент содержит алюмоксан и алюминийорганическое соединение, представленное формулой AlRX, где каждый из R, которые могут быть одинаковыми или разными, представляет собой одновалентную органическую группу, соединенную с атомом алюминия через атом углерода, а каждый из X, которые могут быть одинаковыми или разными, представляет собой атом водорода, атом галогена, карбоксилатную группу, алкоксидную группу или арилоксидную группу, и где n представляет собой целое число от 1 до 3.4. Способ по п.2, в котором указанная стадия полимеризации мономера протекает в полимеризационной смеси, содержащей менее 20% по массе органического растворителя.5. Способ по п.2, в котором указанное защищенное оксимное соединение определено формулой Iгде каждый из Rнезависимо представляет собой атом водорода или одновалентную органическую группу, Rпредставляет собой одновалентную органическую группу и Rпредставляет собой химическую связь или двухвалентную органическую группу, или где две группы Rвместе образуют двухвалентную органическую группу, или где группа Rи �
Claims (10)
1. Способ получения функционализированного полимера, включающий стадии:
(i) полимеризации мономера с образованием реакционноспособного полимера; и
(ii) взаимодействия реакционноспособного полимера с защищенным оксимным соединением, содержащим ацильную группу.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный мономер содержит сопряженный диеновый мономер, и в котором на указанной стадии полимеризации применяют катализатор на основе лантаноида, содержащий (а) соединение, содержащее лантаноид, (b) алкилирующий агент и (с) источник галогена.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что указанный алкилирующий агент содержит алюмоксан и алюминийорганическое соединение, представленное формулой AlRnX3-n, где каждый из R, которые могут быть одинаковыми или разными, представляет собой одновалентную органическую группу, соединенную с атомом алюминия через атом углерода, а каждый из X, которые могут быть одинаковыми или разными, представляет собой атом водорода, атом галогена, карбоксилатную группу, алкоксидную группу или арилоксидную группу, и где n представляет собой целое число от 1 до 3.
4. Способ по п.2, в котором указанная стадия полимеризации мономера протекает в полимеризационной смеси, содержащей менее 20% по массе органического растворителя.
5. Способ по п.2, в котором указанное защищенное оксимное соединение определено формулой I
где каждый из R1 независимо представляет собой атом водорода или одновалентную органическую группу, R2 представляет собой одновалентную органическую группу и R3 представляет собой химическую связь или двухвалентную органическую группу, или где две группы R1 вместе образуют двухвалентную органическую группу, или где группа R1 и группа R3 вместе образуют трехвалентную органическую группу.
9. Функционализированный полимер, полученный при помощи следующих стадий:
(i) полимеризации сопряженного диенового мономера и, необязательно, мономера, способного к сополимеризации с указанным диеновым мономером, с образованием полимера, имеющего реакционноспособную концевую группу; и
(ii) взаимодействия реакционноспособной концевой группы полученного полимера с защищенным оксимным соединением, содержащим ацильную группу.
10. Компонент шины, полученный с использованием функционализированного полимера по п.9.
