Abstract

1. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком, содержащее:дозирующий и наносящий валики, при этом их оси вращения параллельны друг другу и располагаются с возможностью образования зазора между указанными дозирующим наносящим валиками;резервуар, соединенный по текучей среде с указанным зазором; приемный контейнер отходов, установленный для поступления отработанной текучей среды, образованной в процессе работы указанного устройства для нанесения покрытия валиком;канал для транспортировки отработанной текучей среды из указанного приемного контейнера отходов; иодин или несколько преобразователей, установленных для воздействия энергией на указанную отработанную текучую среду.2. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.1, отличающееся тем, что указанные преобразователи являются ультразвуковыми преобразователями.3. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.1, отличающееся тем, что указанные один или несколько преобразователей установлены вдоль канала, соединенного по текучей среде с указанным приемным контейнером отходов и с указанным резервуаром.4. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.1, отличающееся тем, что два или большее количество указанных преобразователей дают на выходе первую частоту и расположены с возможностью создания фазовой интерференции в указанной отработанной текучей среде.5. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.4, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит два или большее количество дополнительных преобразователей, дающие на выходе отличающуюся вторую частоту и расположены с возможностью создания фазовой интерференции в указанной отработанной текуч

Claims (20)

1. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком, содержащее:
дозирующий и наносящий валики, при этом их оси вращения параллельны друг другу и располагаются с возможностью образования зазора между указанными дозирующим наносящим валиками;
резервуар, соединенный по текучей среде с указанным зазором; приемный контейнер отходов, установленный для поступления отработанной текучей среды, образованной в процессе работы указанного устройства для нанесения покрытия валиком;
канал для транспортировки отработанной текучей среды из указанного приемного контейнера отходов; и
один или несколько преобразователей, установленных для воздействия энергией на указанную отработанную текучую среду.
2. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.1, отличающееся тем, что указанные преобразователи являются ультразвуковыми преобразователями.
3. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.1, отличающееся тем, что указанные один или несколько преобразователей установлены вдоль канала, соединенного по текучей среде с указанным приемным контейнером отходов и с указанным резервуаром.
4. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.1, отличающееся тем, что два или большее количество указанных преобразователей дают на выходе первую частоту и расположены с возможностью создания фазовой интерференции в указанной отработанной текучей среде.
5. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.4, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит два или большее количество дополнительных преобразователей, дающие на выходе отличающуюся вторую частоту и расположены с возможностью создания фазовой интерференции в указанной отработанной текучей среде.
6. Устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.2, отличающееся тем, что указанные ультразвуковые преобразователи работают на частоте в диапазоне между приблизительно 20 кГц и 200 МГц.
7. Модуль профилактического обслуживания устройства для нанесения покрытия валиком, содержащий блок очистки, имеющий прижимную поверхность, форма которой позволяет ей прижиматься практически по всей длине к изогнутой поверхности наносящего, дозирующего или приводного валиков устройства для нанесения покрытия, при этом указанная прижимная поверхность содержит одно или несколько моечных отверстий и одно или несколько всасывающих отверстий.
8. Модуль по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанная прижимная поверхность дополнительно содержит одну или несколько щеток.
9. Модуль по п.8, отличающийся тем, что указанные одна или несколько щеток являются стационарными щетками, расположенными между указанными моечными и всасывающими отверстиями.
10. Модуль по п.8, отличающийся тем, что указанные одна или несколько щеток являются вращающимися щетками, имеющими ось вращения, параллельную оси наносящего, дозирующего или приводного валиков в то время, когда указанный модуль соединен с указанным валиком.
11. Модуль по п.8, отличающийся тем, что он содержит, по меньшей мере, две щетки, которые являются электропроводящими.
12. Модуль по п.11, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит источник постоянного напряжения, и при этом одна из указанных щеток электрически подключена к положительной клемме указанного источника постоянного напряжения, а другая щетка электрически подключена к отрицательной клемме указанного источника постоянного напряжения.
13. Система для нанесения покрытия валиком, содержащая камеру, в которой расположено устройство для нанесения покрытия валиком по п.1.
14. Система по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что внутри указанной камеры контролируется, по меньшей мере, либо температура, либо давление, либо состав газа.
15. Система по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что внутри указанной камеры контролируется температура, давление и состав газа.
16. Система по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит модуль профилактического обслуживания по п.7.
17. Система по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, два модуля профилактического обслуживания по п.7.
18. Система по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что один из указанных модулей профилактического обслуживания расположен с возможностью контакта с указанным наносящим валиком, а другой из указанных модулей профилактического обслуживания расположен с возможностью контакта с указанным дозирующим валиком.
19. Способ нанесения тонкой пленки на подложку, состоящий в том, что подложку пропускают между наносящим и приводным валиками устройства для нанесения покрытия валиком по любому из пп.1-6, при этом указанный резервуар содержит покрывной раствор для нанесения на указанную подложку.
20. Способ нанесения тонкой пленки на подложку, состоящий в том, что подложку пропускают между наносящим и приводным валиками системы для нанесения покрытия валиком по пп.13-18, при этом указанный резервуар содержит покрывной раствор для нанесения на указанную подложку.
