Claims (20)

1. Пористый углеродный композиционный материал, включающий:
A) пористый углеродный материал, получаемый из материала растительного происхождения, имеющего содержание кремния, составляющее 5 мас.% или выше, в качестве исходного материала, причем указанный пористый углеродный материал имеет содержание кремния, составляющее 1 мас.% или меньше, и
B) функциональный материал, закрепленный на пористом углеродном материале, причем пористый углеродный композиционный материал имеет удельную площадь поверхности 10 м2/г или больше, которую определяют по адсорбции азота методом BET, и объем пор 0,1 см3/г или больше, который определяют методом BJH и методом МР.

4. Пористый углеродный композиционный материал по п.1, в котором функциональный материал обладает фотокаталитическим свойством.
5. Пористый углеродный композиционный материал по п.1, в котором функциональный материал состоит из благородного металла, сплава благородного металла, оксидного полупроводника или соединения полупроводника.
6. Пористый углеродный композиционный материал по п.1, в котором функциональный материал состоит из вещества, восприимчивого к внешнему раздражителю, и высвобождаемого вещества.
7. Пористый углеродный композиционный материал по п.1, в котором функциональный материал содержит компонент, обладающий увлажняющим эффектом и/или антиокислительным эффектом.
8. Способ получения пористого углеродного композиционного материала, включающий следующие стадии: карбонизация материала растительного происхождения при температуре от 800°С до 1400°С, обработка карбонизированного материала кислотой или щелочью с получением пористого углеродного материала, и последующее закрепление функционального материала на пористом углеродном материале.
9. Способ получения пористого углеродного композиционного материала по п.8, который дополнительно включает применение активационной обработки после обработки кислотой или щелочью, но до закрепления функционального материала на пористом углеродном материале.
10. Способ получения пористого углеродного композиционного материала по п.8, в котором:
материал растительного происхождения имеет содержание кремния, составляющее 5 мас.% или выше;
пористый углеродный материал имеет содержание кремния, составляющее 1 мас.% или меньше; и
пористый углеродный композиционный материал имеет удельную площадь поверхности 10 м2/г или больше, которую определяют по адсорбции азота методом BET, и объем пор 0,1 см3/г или больше, который определяют методом BJH и Методом МР.
11. Способ получения пористого углеродного композиционного материала по п.8, в котором функциональный материал представляет собой магнитный материал.
12. Способ получения пористого углеродного композиционного материала по п.8, в котором функциональный материал имеет оптическое свойство.
13. Способ получения пористого углеродного композиционного материала по п.8, в котором функциональный материал обладает фотокаталитическим свойством.
14. Способ получения пористого углеродного композиционного материала по п.8, в котором функциональный материал состоит из благородного металла, сплава благородного металла, оксидного полупроводника или соединения полупроводника.
15. Способ получения пористого углеродного композиционного материала по п.8, в котором функциональный материал состоит из вещества, восприимчивого к внешнему раздражителю, и высвобождаемого вещества.
16. Способ получения пористого углеродного композиционного материала по п.8, в котором функциональный материал состоит из компонента, обладающего увлажняющим эффектом и/или антиокислительным эффектом.
17. Адсорбент содержащий:
A) пористый углеродный материал, получаемый из материала растительного происхождения, имеющего содержание кремния, составляющее 5 мас.% или выше, в качестве исходного материала, причем указанный пористый углеродный материал имеет содержание кремния, составляющее 1 мас.% или меньше, и
B) магнитный материал, закрепленный на пористом углеродном материале, причем адрорбент имеет удельную площадь поверхности 10 м2/г или больше, которую определяют по адсорбции азота методом BET, и объем пор 0,1 см3/г или больше, который определяют методом BJH и методом МР, и на адсорбенте может адсорбироваться микроцистин.
18. Композиционный фотокаталитический материал, включающий пористый углеродный композиционный материал, содержащий:
(A) пористый углеродный материал, получаемый из материала растительного происхождения, имеющего содержание кремния, составляющее 5 мас.% или выше, в качестве исходного материала, причем указанный пористый углеродный материал имеет содержание кремния, составляющее 1 мас.% или меньше, и
(B) фотокаталитический материал, закрепленный на пористом углеродном материале,
причем пористый углеродный композиционный материал имеет удельную площадь поверхности 10 м2/г или больше, которую определяют по адсорбции азота методом BET, и объем пор 0,1 см3/г или больше, который определяют методом BJH и методом МР.
19. Косметическое средство, включающее пористый углеродный композиционный материал, содержащий:
(A) пористый углеродный материал, получаемый из материала растительного происхождения, имеющего содержание кремния, составляющее 5 мас.% или выше, в качестве исходного материала, причем указанный пористый углеродный материал имеет содержание кремния, составляющее 1 мас.% или меньше, и
(B) материал на основе металла, закрепленный на пористом углеродном материале и обладающий свойством удалять реакционноспособный кислород,
причем пористый углеродный композиционный материал имеет удельную площадь поверхности 10 м2/г или больше, которую определяют по адсорбции азота методом BET, и объем пор 0,1 см3/г или больше, который определяют методом BJH и методом МР.
20. Средство очистки, включающее пористый углеродный композиционный материал, содержащий:
(A) пористый углеродный материал, получаемый из материала растительного происхождения, имеющего содержание кремния, составляющее 5 мас.% или выше, в качестве исходного материала, причем указанный пористый углеродный материал имеет содержание кремния, составляющее 1 мас.% или меньше, и
(B) фотокаталитический материал, закрепленный на пористом углеродном материале,
причем пористый углеродный композиционный материал имеет удельную площадь поверхности 10 м2/г или больше, которую определяют по адсорбции азота методом BET, и объем пор 0,1 см3/г или больше, который определяют методом BJH и методом МР.
