1. Гибридное транспортное средство (100, 100A), содержащее:
двигатель (36), работающий на сгорании топлива;
средства (30-1, 34-1) генерирования энергии, способные генерировать электроэнергию, получая энергию, образованную работой двигателя (36);
накопитель (6) энергии, заряжаемый электроэнергией от средств (30-1, 34-1) генерирования энергии;
средства (30-2, 34-2) генерирования движущей силы, для генерирования движущей силы от электроэнергии от средств (30-1, 34-1) генерирования энергии и/или накопителя (6) энергии;
средства (30-1, 30-2, 34-1, 34-2, 40) внешней зарядки, соединенные посредством электрического соединения с внешним источником (PSL) энергии, для зарядки накопителя (6) энергии внешним источником (PSL) энергии; и
блок (2, 2A) управления для регулирования движущей силы транспортного средства, генерируемой в соответствии с требованиями водителя, и для управления электроэнергией, заряжаемой/разряжаемой в накопителе (6) энергии;
при этом блок (2, 2A) управления управляет в первом рабочем режиме пока значение степени зарядки накопителя (6) энергии достигает значения ниже, чем заданное значение, и осуществляет переход во второй рабочий режим, когда значение степени зарядки становится ниже, чем заданное значение;
причем в первом рабочем режиме зарядка накопителя (6) энергии средствами (30-1, 34-1) генерирования энергии ограничена, а во втором рабочем режиме зарядка накопителя (6) энергии средствами (30-1, 34-1) генерирования энергии осуществляется так, что значение степени зарядки поддерживается в заданном диапазоне со значением контрольного центра, являющимся центром;
при этом блок (2, 2A) управления включает в себя средства (202, 204, 206, 208, 210; 202, 204, 206, 209, 210A) изменения значения контрольного центра для изменения значения контрольного центра в соответствии со степенью выполнения внешней зарядки как степенью выполнения зарядки накопителя (6) энергии средствами (30-1, 30-2, 34-1, 34-2, 40) внешней зарядки.
2. Транспортное средство по п.1, в котором:
блок (2A) управления регулирует электроэнергию, заряжаемую/разряжаемую в накопителе (6) энергии в соответствии с заданной характеристикой энергии зарядки, определяющей электроэнергию, необходимую для зарядки накопителя (6) энергии в соответствии со значением степени зарядки накопителя энергии; и
средства (202, 204, 206, 209, 210A) изменения значения контрольного центра изменяют значение контрольного центра изменением заданной характеристики энергии зарядки.
3. Транспортное средство по п.1, в котором средства (202, 204, 206, 208, 210; 202, 204, 206, 209, 210A) изменения значения контрольного центра повышают значение контрольного центра, как только степень выполнения внешней зарядки снижается.

Транспортное средство по п.1, в котором средства (202, 204, 206, 208, 210; 202, 204, 206, 209, 210A) изменения значения контрольного центра определяют степень выполнения внешней зарядки, основанную на прошедшем времени и/или пройденном расстоянии от самой последней внешней зарядки накопителя (6) энергии внешним источником (PSL) энергии.
5. Транспортное средство по п.4, в котором средства (202, 204, 206, 208, 210; 202, 204, 206, 209, 210A) изменения значения контрольного центра изменяют значение контрольного центра, если прошедшее время и/или пройденное расстояние превышает соответствующее заданное предельное значение.
6. Транспортное средство по п.1, в котором:
блок (2, 2A) управления регулирует электроэнергию, заряжаемую/разряжаемую в накопителе (6) энергии, при этом диапазон допустимой характеристики зарядки/разрядки, определяющей максимальную электроэнергию зарядки/разрядки, доступную в накопителе (6) энергии в соответствии с значением степени зарядки накопителя (6) энергии; и
допустимая характеристика энергии зарядки/разрядки меняется в соответствии со значением контрольного центра, изменяемом средствами (202, 204, 206, 208, 210; 202, 204, 206, 209, 210A) изменения значения контрольного центра.
7. Транспортное средство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее:
преобразователь (8) напряжения, расположенный между накопителем (6) энергии и средствами (30-2, 34-2) генерирования движущей силы, для выполнения преобразования напряжения между накопителем (6) энергии и средствами (30-2, 34-2) генерирования движущей силы;
при этом блок управления дополнительно включает в себя систему (230, 232, 240, 242) управления, содержащую, по меньшей мере, один элемент управления, и предназначен для регулирования процесса преобразования напряжения в преобразователе (8) напряжения; и
характеристика, по меньшей мере, одного элемента управления, включенного в систему (230, 232, 240, 242) управления, меняется в соответствии со значением контрольного центра, который изменяется средствами (202, 204, 206, 208, 210; 202, 204, 206, 209, 210A) изменения значения контрольного центра.
8. Транспортное средство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее:
средства (402, 404, 406, 414, 416) мониторинга за накопителем энергии для контроля значения степени зарядки накопителя (6) энергии и, если значение степени зарядки находится за пределами заданного стандартного диапазона, вывода сигнала, указывающего на отклонение в работе накопителя (6) энергии;
при этом стандартный диапазон, используемый средствами (402, 404, 406, 414, 416) мониторинга за накопителем энергии, меняется в соответствии со значением контрольного центра, а именно тех, что изменяется средствами (202, 204, 206, 208, 210; 202, 204, 206, 209, 210A) изменения значения контрольного центра.
9. Транспортное средство по п.1, в котором средства (202, 204, 206, 208, 210; 202, 204, 206, 209, 210A) изменения значения контрольного центра включаются или выключаются в соответствии с поступающей извне командой выбора.

устройство (30-1, 30-2, 34-1, 34-2, 40) внешней зарядки, соединенное посредством электрического соединения с внешним источником (PSL) энергии, для зарядки накопителя (6) энергии внешним источником (PSL) энергии; и
блок (2, 2A) управления для регулирования движущей силы транспортного средства, генерируемой в соответствии с требованиями водителя, и для управления электроэнергией, заряжаемой/разряжаемой в накопителе (6) энергии;
при этом блок (2, 2A) управления управляет в первом рабочем режиме, пока значение степени зарядки накопителя (6) энергии достигает значения ниже, чем заданное значение, и осуществляет переход во второй рабочий режим, когда значение степени зарядки становится ниже, чем заданное значение;
