Description
図1に本発明の実施形態に係る外部充電EV/HV自動車の構成を示す。外部充電EV/HV自動車は、モータ10、エンジン12、ジェネレータ14、プラネタリギアユニット16、速度調整ギア18、車輪20、電力調整部22、電池24、制御部26、モード選択部28、運転操作部30、速度検出部32、外部充電装置34、外部充電電力量測定部36、モータ回生電力量測定部38、エンジン発電電力量測定部40、および放電電力量測定部42を備えて構成される。
EVモードでの走行制御について説明する。制御部26は、ジェネレータ14を空回り状態とし、エンジン12を停止状態とする。これによって、プラネタリギアユニット16はモータ10に対して無負荷状態となり、モータ10の駆動力は速度調整ギア18を介して車輪20に伝えられる。
HVモードでの走行制御について説明する。制御部26は、運転操作部30が出力する運転操作情報および速度検出部32が検出する車両走行速度に基づいて、運転操作によって要求される要求駆動力を求める。そして、要求駆動力が駆動力閾値未満であり、かつ、車両走行速度が速度閾値未満であるときは、EVモードと同一の制御を行う。
EVモード走行では、電池24の充電電力量はモータ駆動走行のために消費される。そして、電池24はモータ10による回生制動発電によって充電される。一方、HVモード走行では、電池24の充電電力量は、モータ駆動走行およびジェネレータ14によるエンジン12の始動のために消費される。そして、電池24はモータ10による回生制動発電およびジェネレータ14を用いたエンジン駆動発電によって充電される。
Claims (5)
- モータに電力を供給する電池と、
エンジンの駆動力によって発電を行い、発電電力によって前記電池を充電するジェネレータと、
外部電源装置から前記電池に電力を供給し、前記電池を充電する外部充電部と、
を備え、
前記エンジンの駆動力によらず前記モータの駆動力によって走行する走行状態、前記エンジンの駆動力および前記モータの駆動力によって走行する走行状態、若しくは、前記モータの駆動力によらず前記エンジンの駆動力によって走行する走行状態のいずれの走行状態で走行するかを運転操作情報および車両走行速度に応じて決定し、決定した走行状態で走行するHVモード、または、運転操作情報および車両走行速度に応じた走行状態の決定処理を行わず前記エンジンの駆動力によらず前記モータの駆動力によって走行するEVモード、のいずれかの走行モードで走行する外部充電EV/HV自動車において、
前記外部充電部から前記電池に供給された外部充電電力量を求める充電量測定部と、
前記外部充電電力量に基づいて前記EVモードまたは前記HVモードのいずれの走行モードで走行するかの走行モード判定を行う走行モード判定部と、
を備え、
走行モード判定部の判定結果に基づく走行モードで走行することを特徴とする外部充電EV/HV自動車。 - 請求項1に記載の外部充電EV/HV自動車において、
前記電池の総充電電力量を求める総充電電力量測定部を備え、
前記走行モード判定部は、
前記外部充電電力量の前記総充電電力量に対する比が所定の閾値より小さいときは、前記HVモードで走行する旨の判定をすることを特徴とする外部充電EV/HV自動車。 - 請求項1に記載の外部充電EV/HV自動車であって、
前記モータが回生制動によって発電した回生制動発電電力を前記電池に供給し、前記電池を充電する回生充電部と、
前記回生充電部から前記電池に供給された回生充電電力量を求める回生量測定部と、
を備え、
前記走行モード判定部は、
前記外部充電電力量と前記回生充電電力量とを加算した値を判定基準電力量として求め、
前記判定基準電力量に基づいて前記走行モード判定を行うことを特徴とする外部充電EV/HV自動車。 - 請求項1に記載の外部充電EV/HV自動車において、
前記電池から出力された放電電力量を測定する放電量測定部を備え、
前記走行モード判定部は、
前記放電電力量に所定の定数を乗じた値を前記外部充電電力量から減じた値を判定基準電力量として求め、前記判定基準電力量に基づいて前記走行モード判定を行うことを特徴とする外部充電EV/HV自動車。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載の外部充電EV/HV自動車において、
前記電池の総充電電力量を求める総充電電力量測定部を備え、
前記走行モード判定部は、
前記判定基準電力量の前記総充電電力量に対する比が所定の閾値より小さいときは、前記HVモードで走行する旨の判定をすることを特徴とする外部充電EV/HV自動車。
