Claims (18)
1. Способ мечения вектора, включающий взаимодействие соединения формулы (I) с соединением формулы (II)
или соединения формулы (III) с соединением формулы (IV)
в присутствии Cu (I) катализатора, где
каждый из L1, L2, L3 и L4 представляет собой линкерную группу;
R* представляет собой репортерную группировку, содержащую радионуклид;
с получением конъюгата формулы (V) или (VI) соответственно
где L1, L2, L3, L4 и R* являются такими, как определено выше.
2. Способ по п.1, где R* содержит позитрон-излучающий радионуклид, предпочтительно 11С или 18F.
3. Способ по п.1, где вектор представляет собой пептид, белок, гормон, клетку, бактерию, вирус или небольшую молекулу, подобную лекарству, наиболее подходящим образом, пептид.
4. Способ по п.1, где вектор представляет собой пептид Arg-Gly-Asp или его аналог.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, где в качестве источника Cu(I) катализатора используют элементарную медь.
8. Способ по п.7, где элементарная медь имеет размер частиц в диапазоне от 0,001 до 1 мм, предпочтительно от 0,1 до 0,7 мм, более предпочтительно приблизительно 0,4 мм.
11. Соединение формулы (V) или (VI) по п.10, где вектор представляет собой пептид Arg-Gly-Asp или его аналог.
14. Радиофармацевтическая композиция, содержащая эффективное количество соединения по любому из пп.10-12; вместе с одним или более фармацевтически приемлемыми адъювантами, эксципиентами или разбавителями.
15. Соединение по любому из пп.10-12 для медицинского применения.
16. Применение соединения по любому из пп.10-12 для изготовления радиофармацевтического препарата для применения в способе визуализации in vivo.
17. Способ получения изображения организма человека или животного, включающий введение соединения по любому из пп.10-12 в указанный организм и получение изображения по меньшей мере части указанного организма, в котором указанное соединение распределено, с использованием позитронно-эмиссионной томографии (ПЭТ).
18. Способ мониторинга эффекта лечения организма человека или животного лекарственным средством для борьбы с состоянием, ассоциированным с раком, предпочтительно ангиогенезом, включающий введение в указанный организм соединения по любому из пп.10-12 и детектирование захвата указанного соединения клеточными рецепторами, причем указанные введение и детектирование возможно, но предпочтительно, осуществляют до, во время и после лечения указанным лекарственным средством.
