Claims (13)
1. Способ получения стабильной, по существу водной, силанизированной коллоидной дисперсии диоксида кремния с содержанием диоксида кремния, по меньшей мере, около 20 мас.%, включающий смешивание в по существу водном растворителе, по меньшей мере, одного силанового соединения и частиц коллоидного диоксида кремния, в массовом отношении силана к диоксиду кремния от примерно 0,003 до примерно 0,2, при этом частицы диоксида кремния добавляют в таком количестве, чтобы в образующейся дисперсии получить массовое отношение силана к диоксиду кремния от примерно 0,003 до примерно 0,2 и содержание диоксида кремния, по меньшей мере, примерно 20 мас.%.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором смешивание осуществляют при температуре ниже примерно 50°C.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором смешивание осуществляют при рН от примерно 6 до примерно 12.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором силановым соединением является эпоксисилан.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором силановым соединением является эпоксисилан с глицидоксигруппой.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий добавление органического связующего вещества к дисперсии.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором органическим связующим веществом является латекс.
8. Стабильная по существу водная силанизированная коллоидная дисперсия диоксида кремния получаемая способом по любому из пп.1-7.
9. Стабильная, по существу водная силанизированная коллоидная дисперсия диоксида кремния с содержанием диоксида кремния, по меньшей мере, около 20 мас.% с массовым отношением силана к диоксиду кремния от примерно 0,003 до примерно 0,2.
10. Дисперсия по п.8 или 9, дополнительно содержащая органическое связующее вещество.
11. Дисперсия по п.10, где органическим связующим веществом является латекс.
12. Применение силанизированной коллоидной дисперсии диоксида кремния по любому из пп.8-11 в качестве покрытий.
13. Применение силанизированной коллоидной дисперсии диоксида кремния по любому из пп.8-11 в качестве добавки к бетонным материалам.
