Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor N la puterea 2-acil-9-(1,3-dihidroxi-2-propoximetil)-guanine cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care radicalul R reprezinta o grupare acil, R1CO, în care R1 reprezinta o catena hidrocarbonata normala sau ramificata care contine un numar de la unu pîna la zece atomi de carbon, conform caruia, compusii cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care radicalul R este definit ca mai sus si radicalul R2 reprezinta o grupare de protectie si anume gruparea benzil substituita în mod facultativ cu una sau doua grupari alcoxi, cu grupari alchil inferior avînd catena hidrocarbonata normala sau ramificata continînd un numar de la unu pîna la patru atomi de carbon se dezalchileaza prin hidrogenare catalitica pe catalizator de paladiu, platina, rodiu sau nichel, pe suport de carbune, într-o solutie apoasa a unui alcool alifatic cu 1 la 4 atomi de carbon, la temperaturi între 0 degree si 50 degree C si presiuni între 1 si 15 at.
