Abstract

Compozitia farmaceutica, conform inventiei, este un compus activ în special antibiotic, acoperit cu un prim strat de grosime reprezentata de o triglicerida a unui acid gras saturat cu 11...23 C, de preferinta 11...18 C, cum ar fi, de exemplu, trimiristratul de gliceril, cu un al doilea strat reprezentat dintr-un amestec a aceleiasi trigliceride si un polimer solubil cu un pH mai mare de 4,5 reprezentat de un ester al acidului ftalic, de preferinta ftalatul de hidroxipropil - metilceluloza si un derivat celulozic si cu un al treilea strat reprezentat de aceeasi triglicerida, proportia cantitatii totale a compozitiei de acoperire fiind de 50...9% în greutate, din greutatea totala a compozitiei farmaceutice.
