PL 23737 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa narozna, przeznaczona zasadniczo do wyposazenia pomieszczenia goscinnego lub salonu. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, pikowan i ksztalcie konturów. Ponadto kanapa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywi- cznych, gdzie fig. 1 – przedstawia kanape z boku, fig. 2 – kanape z tylu od strony waskiej, fig. 3 – kanape z przodu w stanie rozlozonym, zas fig. 4 – kanape z przodu z podniesionym siedziskiem, odslaniajacym skrzynie poscielowa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zawiera szeroki segment rozkladany z jednej strony osloniety niskim boczkiem, zas z drugiej strony polaczony z wydluzonym segmentem skrzyniowym, zaopatrzonym w drugi przeciwlegly boczek. Segment rozkladany zawiera z przodu tapicerowana oslone, z tylu tapicerowane oparcie, zas na górze, w pozycji zlozonej, znajduja sie dwie podluzne, zagiete w polowie poduchy, stanowiace siedzisko i oparcie. W pozycji rozlozonej, z uzyciem znanego mechanizmu, tapicerowana oslona jest zrównana z przodem segmentu skrzyniowego, zas poduchy sa rozprostowane i ulokowane w poziomie. Segment skrzyniowy zawiera tapicerowana podstawe, stanowiaca skrzynie poscielowa, na której znajduje sie wydluzone siedzisko z oparciem pokryte w calosci dluga poducha. Poduchy obydwu segmentów maja poziome i pionowe przeszycia, na przecieciach których umieszczone sa pikowania. Skrajnie na obydwu segmentach sa umieszczone boczki w formie prostopadloscianów o wyoblonych bokach i narozach. Na zewnetrznych plaszczyznach boczki maja pojedyncze skosne przeszycia, tworzace posrodku kieszenie na czasopisma. Brzegi boczków sa zaopatrzone w podwójne przeszycia. Kanapa moze wystepowac w dwóch lustrzanych ukladach i w róznych zestawieniach kolorów materialu tapicerskiego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kanapa narozna, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zawiera szeroki segment rozkladany z jednej strony osloniety boczkiem, zas z drugiej strony polaczony z wydluzonym segmentem skrzyniowym, zaopatrzonym w drugi przeciwlegly boczek, przy czym segment rozkladany zawiera z przodu tapicerowana oslone, z tylu tapicerowane oparcie, zas na górze, w pozycji zlozonej, znajduja sie dwie podluzne, zagiete w polowie poduchy stanowiace siedzisko i oparcie, ponadto w pozycji rozlozonej, tapicerowana oslona jest zrównana z przodem segmentu skrzyniowego, zas poduchy sa rozprostowane i zlokalizowane w poziomie, natomiast segment skrzyniowy zawiera tapicerowana podstawe, stanowiaca skrzynie poscielowa, na której znajduje sie wydluzone siedzisko z oparciem pokryte w calosci dluga poducha, przy czym poduchy obydwu segmentów maja poziome i pionowe przeszycia, na przecieciach których umieszczone sa pikowania, ponadto skrajnie na obydwu segmentach umieszczone boczki maja forme prostopadloscianów o wyoblonych bokach i narozach, zas na zewnetrznych ich plaszczyznach znajduja sie pojedyncze skosne przeszycia, tworzace posrodku kieszenie na czasopisma. The originality of the industrial design is evident in its overall shape, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines, quilting, and contours. Furthermore, the sofa possesses additional functional features related to its ability to transform from a seat to a reclining seat. The industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the side, Fig. 2 shows the sofa from the rear from the narrow side, Fig. 3 shows the sofa from the front in the unfolded state, and Fig. 4 shows the sofa from the front with the seat raised, revealing the bedding box. The industrial design comprises a wide folding sectional sofa, covered on one side by a low side panel, and on the other side connected to an elongated box section with a second opposing side panel. The folding section has an upholstered cover at the front, an upholstered backrest at the back, and at the top, when folded, are two elongated cushions, folded in half, constituting the seat and backrest. In the folded position, using a familiar mechanism, the upholstered cover is aligned with the front of the box section, while the cushions are unfolded and positioned horizontally. The box section comprises an upholstered base, constituting a bedding box, on which sits an elongated seat with a backrest, covered entirely by a long cushion. The cushions of both sections feature horizontal and vertical stitching, with quilting at the intersections. On both segments, side panels are placed in the form of cuboids with rounded edges and corners. The outer surfaces of the side panels feature single diagonal stitching, creating pockets in the center for magazines. The edges of the side panels are double-stitched. The sofa is available in two mirror-effect configurations and with various upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design Corner sofa, characterized in that it comprises a wide folding segment on one side covered with a side panel, and on the other side connected to an elongated box segment provided with a second opposite side panel, wherein the folding segment has an upholstered cover at the front, an upholstered backrest at the back, and at the top, in the folded position, there are two elongated cushions, bent in half, constituting the seat and backrest, moreover, in the folded position, the upholstered cover is aligned with the front of the box segment, and the cushions are straightened and located horizontally, while the box segment has an upholstered base, constituting a bedding box, on which there is an elongated seat with a backrest covered entirely with a long cushion, wherein the cushions of both segments have horizontal and vertical stitching, at the intersections of which there are quilting, moreover, the side panels located at the extreme ends of both segments have The shape of the cuboids has rounded sides and corners, and their outer surfaces feature single diagonal stitching, creating pockets in the middle for magazines.
