PL 23736 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony do wyposazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego lub salonu. W sklad kompletu wchodzi kanapa oraz fotel. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc oraz uksztaltowaniu powierzchni i konturów. Ponadto kanapa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. The set includes a sofa and an armchair. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the stitching lines and the surface and contours. Furthermore, the sofa has additional functional features related to the function of transforming from a seat to a reclining piece. The industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, Fig. 2 shows the sofa in a side-rear position, Fig. 3 shows the sofa with the seat raised, Fig. 4 shows the sofa in a reclined position, Fig. 5 shows the armchair from the front, and Fig. 6 shows the armchair from the side. The industrial design is a set of elements consisting of a sofa and an armchair. Each element of the set has a uniform body, which has a rectangular upholstered cover at the front, with seat cushions above it, and backrest cushions at the back. The cushions have smooth surfaces and are double-stitched on the edges. The back of each element is uniform and smooth, while narrow, upholstered sides are attached to the outermost part of the body, shaped like a cuboid with rounded corners and a decorative upper edge, which is slightly rounded upward near the backrest, while the edges are accentuated with stitching. The body of the sofa is a bedding box, on which two backrest and two seat cushions are attached, connected by typical mechanisms. When folded, the backrest is slightly tilted and tightly covered by the upholstery fabric at the back. When unfolded, the seat and backrest cushions form a single, flat surface. The armchair has a narrow base, on which the narrow seat and backrest cushions are permanently attached. The set is available in various color combinations and upholstery textures. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of a sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that each element of the set has a uniform body, which has a rectangular upholstered cover at the front, above which are placed the seat cushions, and at the back there are backrest cushions, the cushions have smooth surfaces and are provided with double stitching on the edges, in addition, the back surface of each element of the set is uniform and smooth, while on the outermost part of the body there are attached upholstered narrow sides in the shape of a cuboid with rounded corners and a fancy upper edge, which is slightly rounded upwards near the backrest, and the edges of the sides are marked with stitching, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 6. 2. A set of upholstered furniture is characterized in that the sofa has a body in the form of a bedding box, on which are placed on typical mechanisms, two backrest and two seat cushions connected together, wherein in the folded position the backrest is slightly inclined and tightly covered with upholstery fabric at the back, while in the unfolded position the backrest and seat cushions form a uniform flat surface, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 4. 3.
