PL 25728 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa rozkladana, zaopatrzona w ruchome poduchy siedziska oraz oparcia i sklada sie zasadniczo z dwóch segmentów w róznych wersjach ksztaltu i sze- rokosci. Kanapa jest przeznaczona do nieduzego salonu. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie ksztalcie bryl i konturów, w ksztalcie boczków oraz w ukladzie linii przeszyc. Ostateczny ksztalt i wiel- kosc kanapy podlega konfiguracji dzieki róznym wersjom wymiarowym dwóch podstawowych segmen- tów. Ponadto kanapa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. The sofa is intended for a small living room. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly the shapes of the shapes and contours, the shape of the side panels, and the arrangement of the stitching lines. The final shape and size of the sofa are configurable thanks to the different dimensional versions of the two basic segments. Furthermore, the sofa has additional functional features related to the function of transforming from a seat to a lounger. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front in the folded position in the first configuration, fig. 2 – the sofa in the second configuration, fig. 3 – the sofa in the third configuration, fig. 4 – the sofa in the fourth configuration, fig. 5 – the sofa from the front in the fifth configuration, while fig. 6 shows the sofa from the shorter side with the seat extended, fig. 7 – the sofa from the front with the seat extended, fig. 8 – the sofa from the front in the unfolded position, and fig. 9 – the sofa from the front-side view from the longer side, and fig. 10 – the sofa from the side-back view from the longer side. The subject of the industrial design comprises two segments in different width versions. The elongated segment is protected by a long side panel at the far end, while the other side is designed to be connected to the opposite segment. The reclining segment has a movable seat and backrest, while the far end is protected by a short side panel. The backrests of the segments are covered with thick cushions. The segments have upholstered seats, which are permanently connected at the front with wide upholstered covers by a gentle curve, which are slightly wider at the bottom, near the side panels, and taper upwards in a straight line. The seats and covers have longitudinal and transverse stitching, dividing their surfaces into equal rectangles. At the back of the seats are cuboid-shaped, upholstered backrests on both sides, which are protected by free-form, rectangular backrest cushions that taper upwards. Their surfaces and edges are gently rounded and feature horizontal stitching in the center. The segments are available in two mirrored finishes and in various widths, with the extended segment available in two widths and the reclining segment available in three widths – narrow, intermediate, and wide. The seats and covers in the extended segment and the narrow reclining segment have two longitudinal stitching, while the intermediate and wide reclining segments have three longitudinal stitching. The configuration allows for the furniture to be assembled as a corner sofa of different widths or as a simple sofa composed of two mirrored reclining segments. Fitted to the segment seats and flush with the front covers, upholstered side panels are shaped like wide trapezoidal wedges, widening upwards. Their high outer surfaces are convex and arched, while their wide, also curved, inward-sloping upper surfaces are flush with the seat surfaces. The reclining segment features a retractable seat, permanently connected to the front cover, and a movable backrest. In the unfolded position, the backrest cushions are folded back, and the backrest lies horizontally in the adjusted space created by sliding the seat forward. When folded, the front surface of the movable backrest is retracted, and the rear surface of the movable backrest is flush with the surface of the extended seat. The sofa in the first configuration example has a narrow reclining segment connected to a longitudinal segment of the same width. The sofa in the second configuration example has a narrow reclining segment connected to a longitudinal segment of reduced width. The sofa in the third configuration example has an intermediate-width reclining segment connected to a longitudinal segment of reduced width. The sofa in the fourth configuration example has a wide reclining segment connected to a longitudinal segment of reduced width. The sofa in the fifth configuration example has a narrow reclining segment connected to a second, mirrored, narrow reclining segment. The sofa can be available in various upholstery color combinations and in a range of different configurations, designed to adapt the shape or size to the user's needs. The sofa is characterized by the fact that it contains two segments in different width versions, where the elongated segment is covered with a long side on the extreme side, and on the other side is adapted to be connected with the opposite segment, while the foldable segment, with a movable seat and backrest, is covered with a short side on the extreme side, moreover, the segments have upholstered seats and with a gentle curvature are permanently connected at the front with wide upholstered covers, which are slightly wider at the bottom and extremely, a straight line narrowing towards the top, moreover, the seats and covers have longitudinal and transverse stitching dividing their surfaces into equal rectangles, while at the back of the seats there are cuboid-shaped backrests, upholstered on both sides, which are covered by freely placed, rectangular, tapering towards the top, backrest cushions, the surfaces and edges of which are gently rounded, with horizontal decorative stitching in the middle, furthermore, the outermost parts of the segment seats are fitted and aligned with the surface of the front covers, upholstered sides in the shape of wide trapezoidal wedges, widening towards the top, the high outer surfaces of which are convex and arched, while the wide, also rounded, upper surfaces, falling towards the center, internally align with the height of the seats, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 10. 2. The sofa is characterized by the fact that the segments have two mirror finishes and different width versions, where the elongated segment has two widths, while the fold-out segment has three widths - narrow, intermediate and wide, furthermore the seats and the covers in the elongated segment and in the narrow folding segment have two longitudinal stitching, while in the intermediate and wide folding segment they have three longitudinal stitching, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 10. 3. The sofa is characterized in that the folding segment has an extendable seat and a movable backrest, where in the unfolded position the backrest cushions are folded away, and the backrest is placed horizontally in the fitted space created after the seat is moved forward, wherein after the folding, the front surface of the movable backrest is hidden, and the rear surface of the movable backrest is aligned with the surface of the extended seat, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 10. 4.
