PL 24682 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony zasadniczo do wyposazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, ksztalcie konturów oraz w konstrukcji podstawy i elementów bocznych. Ponadto kanapa narozna posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przesuwania siedzisk dluzszej czesci kanapy, a takze umozliwiajace zmiane jego ogólnego wygladu poprzez dowolne rozmieszczanie zaglówków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicznych, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia kanape z przodu, fig. 2 – kanape w ujeciu boczno-tylnym, fig. 3 – kanape z podniesionym siedziskiem, fig. 4 – kanape w pozycji rozlozonej, fig. 5 – fotel w ujeciu boczno- -przednim, zas fig. 6 – fotel z boku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi komplet elementów, w sklad którego wchodzi kanapa narozna oraz fotel. Kazdy z elementów kompletu posiada waska tapicerowana podstawe, osadzona na ulozonych skosnie na zewnatrz nogach, które sa waskie i maja postac plaskownika, w górnej czesci poziomego, w nizszej czesci katowo zagietego w dól, o zwezajacej sie szerokosci i zakonczonego mala stopka. Na podstawie sa umieszczone proste poduchy siedziska, zaopatrzone na brzegach w wyrazne przeszycia, zas z tylu znajduja sie poduchy oparcia z pojedynczymi poziomymi przeszyciami, zlokalizowanymi nieco powyzej polowy powierzchni tych poduch, ponadto za poduchami, jest umieszczone tapicerowane oparcie, którego tylna gladka powierzchna lekko odchylona ku tylowi, zas z przodu oparcie jest wyraznie pochyle. Nad kazda poducha oparcia moze byc umieszczony szeroki zaglówek, zaopatrzony w dwa wyprofilowane prety. Skrajnie na podstawie jest umieszczony jeden lub dwa boczki w ksztalcie szerokich prostopadloscianów, które sa krótsze od podstawy i z przodu odslaniaja jej fragment, ponadto maja fantazyjne odszycie wyraznym sciegiem, prostym na krawedzi czolowej oraz lukowym na powierzchni bocznej. Kanapa narozna zawiera szeroki segment z wysuwanymi do przodu poduchami, z jednej strony osloniety boczkiem, zas z drugiej strony polaczony z waskim segmentem naroznikowym, zakonczonym szeroka, prostokatna plaska poducha, która oslania cala podstawe. Fotel ma waska podstawe, na której sa trwale umieszczone waskie pojedyncze poduchy siedziska i oparcia. Komplet moze wystepowac w róznych zestawieniach kolorów materialu tapicerskiego. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines, contours, and the construction of the base and side elements. Furthermore, the corner sofa features additional functional features, including the ability to slide the seats in the longer section of the sofa, as well as allowing for the overall appearance to be changed by freely positioning the headrests. The industrial design is illustrated in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, Fig. 2 – the sofa from the side-rear view, Fig. 3 – the sofa with the seat raised, Fig. 4 – the sofa in a reclined position, Fig. 5 – the armchair from the side-front view, and Fig. 6 – the armchair from the side. The industrial design is a set of elements, including a corner sofa and an armchair. Each element of the set has a narrow upholstered base, mounted on legs arranged diagonally on the outside, which are narrow and in the form of a flat bar, horizontal in the upper section and angled downward in the lower section, tapering in width, and terminating in a small foot. The base features simple seat cushions with distinct stitching on the edges. The backrest cushions feature single horizontal stitching, located slightly above the midpoint of the cushions. Furthermore, behind the cushions is an upholstered backrest, whose smooth rear surface is slightly angled backward, while the front backrest is noticeably sloping. A wide headrest, equipped with two contoured bars, can be placed above each backrest cushion. At the far end of the base are one or two wide cuboid side panels, shorter than the base and exposing a portion of it at the front. They are also exquisitely stitched with distinct stitching, straight on the leading edge and curved on the lateral surface. The corner sofa features a wide section with forward-pull cushions, one side covered by a side panel, and the other side is connected to a narrow corner section, topped with a wide, rectangular, flat cushion that covers the entire base. The armchair has a narrow base, on which narrow, individual seat and backrest cushions are permanently attached. The set is available in various upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of a corner sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that each element of the set has a narrow upholstered base, set on legs placed diagonally on the outside, which are narrow and have the form of a flat bar, horizontal in the upper part, bent downwards at an angle in the lower part, tapering in width and ending with a small foot, while on the base there are straight seat cushions, provided with clear stitching on the edges, and at the back there are back cushions with single horizontal stitching, located slightly above the half of the surface of these cushions, in addition, behind the cushions there is an upholstered backrest, the smooth rear surface of which is slightly inclined towards the back, while at the front the backrest is clearly inclined, while at the extreme end of the base there are one or two sides in the shape of wide cuboids, which are shorter than the base and at the front they reveal a part of it, moreover they have fancy stitching with a distinct stitch, straight on the front edge and curved on the side surface, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 8. 2.
