Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony zasadniczo do wyposazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego. W sklad kompletu wchodzi sofa szeroka, sofa waska oraz fotel. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc i konturów oraz w zastosowaniu ruchomych podlokietników, które podnosza uzytecznosc i umozliwiaja zmiane ogólnego wygladu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicz- nych, gdzie fig. 1. przedstawia sofe szeroka z przodu z podlokietnikami w pozycji lezacej, fig. 2. - sofe szeroka z tylu, fig. 3. - sofe waska z przodu z podlokietnikami w pozycji podniesionej, fig. 4. - sofe waska w pozycji przednio-bocznej, fig. 5. - sofe waska z boku, zas fig. 6. - fotel z przodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi komplet elementów, w sklad którego wchodzi sofa szeroka, sofa waska oraz fotel. Kazdy z elementów zestawu posiada jednolita, prostokatna tapicero- wana podstawe o wyoblonych brzegach, gdzie górna krawedz jest uksztaltowana promieniowo, zas dolna oddzielona wyraznym, ozdobnym przeszyciem, jest uksztaltowana lukowato, skosnie ku dolowi. Ponadto boczne fragmenty podstawy, wspierajace podlokietniki, sa uniesione lekko ku górze. Natomiast cala podstawa jest osadzona na umieszczonych pod naroznikami podstawy, wysokich, metalowych nózkach, które w górnej czesci sa skosne, zas w dolnej czesci sa pionowe. Powyzej w tylnej czesci podstawy jest skosnie osadzona tapicerowana tylna scianka, na której wspieraja sie poduchy oparcia, natomiast przed nimi srodkowa czesc podstawy jest wypelniona podu- chami siedziska. Ponadto po bokach umieszczone sa ruchome podlokietniki, majace postac prosto- katnych, zwezajacych sie lekko ku dolowi, poduch. Wszystkie poduchy maja ksztalty prostokatne o zaokraglonych bokach i narozach, ponadto na krawedziach sa zaopatrzone w ozdobne przeszycia, zas dodatkowo poduchy oparcia posiadaja poziome pojedyncze ozdobne przeszycia. Sofa szeroka ma wydluzona podstawe, na której sa umieszczone po trzy poduchy oparcia i siedzi- ska, gdzie zewnetrzne poduchy oparcia sa szersze i stykaja sie z dolna czescia poduch podlokietników. Sofa waska ma wezsza podstawe, na której sa umieszczone po dwie poduchy oparcia i siedzi- ska, przy czym poduchy oparcia stykaja sie z dolna czescia poduch podlokietników, analogicznie jak w sofie szerokiej. Fotel ma zblizona do kwadratu, waska podstawe, na której sa umieszczone po jednej poduchy oparcia i siedziska, przy czym poduchy oparcia stykaja sie z dolna czescia poduch podlokietników, analogicznie jak w sofach. Komplet moze wystepowac w róznych zestawieniach kolorów materialu tapicerskiego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The set includes a wide sofa, a narrow sofa, and an armchair. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines and contours, as well as the use of movable armrests, which enhance its usability and allow for changes to the overall appearance. The industrial design is shown in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the wide sofa from the front with the armrests in the lying position, Fig. 2 shows the wide sofa from the back, Fig. 3 shows the narrow sofa from the front with the armrests in the raised position, Fig. 4 shows the narrow sofa in the front-side position, Fig. 5 shows the narrow sofa from the side, and Fig. 6 shows the armchair from the front. The industrial design is a set of elements, including a wide sofa, a narrow sofa, and an armchair. Each element of the set features a uniform, rectangular, upholstered base with rounded edges, the upper edge radially shaped, while the lower edge, separated by distinct, decorative stitching, is arched, sloping downward. Furthermore, the side sections of the base, supporting the armrests, are slightly raised. The entire base rests on tall, metal legs positioned under the base corners, sloping at the top and vertical at the bottom. Above the rear of the base is a sloping upholstered back panel, which supports the backrest cushions, while in front of them, the central section of the base is filled with seat cushions. Additionally, the sides feature movable armrests, which are rectangular cushions that taper slightly towards the bottom. All cushions are rectangular with rounded sides and corners, and their edges are decorated with decorative stitching. The backrest cushions also feature single horizontal decorative stitching. The wide sofa has an elongated base, supporting three backrest and three seat cushions each, with the outer backrest cushions being wider and meeting the lower armrest cushions. The narrow sofa has a narrower base, supporting two backrest and two seat cushions each, with the backrest cushions meeting the lower armrest cushions, similar to the wide sofa. The armchair has a narrow, nearly square base, on which a single backrest and seat cushion are placed, with the backrest cushions meeting the lower part of the armrest cushions, similar to sofas. The set is available in various upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of a wide sofa, a narrow sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that each element of the set has a uniform, rectangular upholstered base with rounded edges, where the upper edge is radially shaped, while the lower edge, separated by a distinct, decorative stitching, is arched, diagonally downwards. Furthermore, the side parts of the base, supporting the armrests, are slightly raised upwards, while the entire base is mounted on high, metal legs placed under the corners of the base, where the legs are diagonal in the upper part and vertical in the lower part, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1. - fig. 6. 2. A set of upholstered furniture, is characterized in that the wide sofa has an elongated base on which there are three backrest and three seat cushions each, whereby the outer backrest cushions are wider than the middle one and are in contact with the lower part of the armrest cushions, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3.
