Te same elementy przedstawione zostaly takze na zalaczonym rysunku w nastepujacej kolejnosci: fotel jednoosobowy „Fig." 2A, sofa dwuosobowa „Fig." 2B oraz sofa trzy- osobowa „Fig." 2C. Fotel jednoosobowy 1A w widoku od tylu stanowi plaszczyzne zblizona do prostokata z bokami z „wywinietymi" pólokraglymi boczkami. Boczne elementy oparcia wykonane sa w innym kolorze i kontrastuja wzgledem koloru pozostalej plaszczyzny oparcia. W widoku od strony czolowej (fronto- wej) oparcie posiada charakterystyczne przeszycie, dzielace je na dwa róznej wielkosci regularne pola „Fig." 1A. Siedzisko fotela jest elementem wyciaganym, nakladanym na podstawe fotela i ma ksztalt kwadrata. Boczki fotela maja bardzo charakterystyczny eliptyczny ksztalt na których to, na górnej kra- wedzi wylozona jest specjalna poducha. Poducha ta jest wykonana w innym, kontrastujacym do bocz- ków kolorze, a na polowie swoje grubosci posiada takze wykonana w innym kolorze szerokie przeszy- cie (wstege), która nadaje jej dodatkowe walory estetyczne „Fig." 1A. Korpus fotela stanowi plaszczy- zna o przekroju kwadrata do której od góry mocowane jest siedzisko, a od dolu cztery chromowane stópki. W polowie swej grubosci korpus ten posiada poziome przeszycie (wstege) wykonana w kolorze kontrastujacym do pozostalej plaszczyzny boczków. Sofa dwuosobowa 1B jest konstrukcyjnie identyczna jak fotel jednoosobowy, ale ze wzgledu na swoje proporcje rózni sie wymiarami oraz kilkoma innymi detalami. Tylna sciana sofy dwuosobowej „Fig." 1B przypomina plaszczyzne zblizona do poziomego prostokata z „wywinietymi" na zewnatrz boczkami. Strona czolowa (frontowa) odpowiada wizualnie fotelowi, aczkolwiek ze wzgledu na swoje gabaryty posiada wiecej przeszyc na oparciu, które jest podzielone na cztery regularne pola (poziome prostokaty) oraz dwa pionowe boczne przeszycia. Identycznie jak w przypadku fotela wygladaja wy- konczenia, kolor oraz stylistyka z charakterystycznymi szerokimi przeszyciami (wstegami). Róznice stanowi tez ksztalt siedziska, który w tym przypadku stanowi plaszczyzne nawiazujaca do poziomego prostokata. Sofa trzyosobowa „Fig." 1C to ostatni, a zarazem najwiekszy element prezentowanego zestawu mebli tapicerowanych. Posiada niemal identyczne cechy i podobnie jak w przypadku fotela jednooso- bowego oraz sofy dwuosobowej zasadnicza róznica pozostaja gabaryty tego mebla. Tylna sciana sofy nawiazuje do poziomego prostokata z „wywinietymi" na zewnatrz boczkami. Strona frontowa jest kon- tynuacja dwóch wczesniej opisywanych mebli. Róznica jest jedynie ilosc przeszyc wykonanych na oparciu, które dzieli je na osiem regularnych pól zblizonych do prostokata oraz jak poprzednio dwa pionowe przeszycia boczne. Siedzisko sofy trzyosobowej jest plaszczyzna zblizona do poziomego prostokata. Akcesoria: cecha charakterystyczna kazdego z opisywanych elementów mebli tapicero- wanych sa zastosowane stopki chromowane. Ich ksztalt oraz wygiecie pod odpowiednim (specyficz- nym) katem nadaje meblowi szczególnych walorów estetycznych poprzez zwrócenie uwagi na detale wykonczeniowe. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie zestawowi mebli tapi- cerowanych skladajacemu sie z fotela jednoosobowego, sofy dwuosobowej oraz sofy trzyosobowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym: fotogra- fii oraz rysunku zalaczonych do wniosku. Do najbardziej charakterystycznych cech prezentowanego zestawu mebli tapicerowanych nale- za stylistyka mebli, zastosowana kolorystyka (dwa kontrastujace ze soba kolory), wykonczenia, ele- menty zdobnicze (przeszycia oraz wstegi). Niezwykle charakterystyczne sa takze: oryginalny ksztalt boczków, poduchy ozdobne na boczkach, przeszycia poziome i pionowe na oparciach. Korpus mebli tapicerowanych to kolejny i jeden z bardziej charakterystycznych calego zestawu, a w szczególnosci jego ksztalt, proporcje oraz zastosowana kolorystyka.PL 21023 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 21023 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of this application is a set of upholstered furniture consisting of the following elements: a one-seater armchair (Fig. 1A), a two-seater sofa (Fig. 1B) and a three-seater sofa (Fig. 1C). The same elements are also shown in the attached drawing in the following order: a one-seater armchair (Fig. 2A), a two-seater sofa (Fig. 2B) and a three-seater sofa (Fig. 2C). The one-seater armchair (1A) in a rear view is a plane close to a rectangle with sides with "turned-up" semicircular sides. The side elements of the backrest are made in a different color and contrast with the color of the remaining surface of the backrest. In the front view, the backrest has a characteristic stitching dividing it into two regular fields of different sizes (Fig. 1A). The armchair seat is a pull-out element that fits over the armchair base and is square in shape. The armchair sides have a very distinctive elliptical shape, with a special cushion on the upper edge. This cushion is made in a different color, contrasting to the armchair sides, and half of its thickness also has a wide stitching (ribbon) in a different color, which gives it additional aesthetic value "Fig." 1A. The armchair body is a square-section surface to which the seat is attached at the top and four chrome feet at the bottom. Half of its thickness, this body has a horizontal stitching (ribbon) in a color contrasting to the remaining surface of the armchair sides. The two-seater sofa 1B is structurally identical to the one-seater armchair, but due to its proportions, it differs in dimensions and several other details. The back wall of the two-seater sofa "Fig." 1B resembles a plane resembling a horizontal rectangle with sides "turned" outward. The front side visually corresponds to the armchair, although due to its dimensions it has more stitching on the backrest, which is divided into four regular fields (horizontal rectangles) and two vertical side stitching. The finishes, color, and style with characteristic wide stitching (ribbons) are identical to the armchair. The shape of the seat also differs, which in this case is a plane resembling a horizontal rectangle. The three-seater sofa "Fig." 1C is the last and largest element of the presented set of upholstered furniture. It has almost identical features, and similarly to the one-seater armchair and the two-seater sofa, the main difference is the dimensions of this piece of furniture. The back of the sofa resembles a horizontal rectangle with the sides "turned" outward. The front is a continuation of the two previously described pieces of furniture. The only difference is the number of stitchings on the backrest, which divides it into eight regular rectangle-like sections and, as before, two vertical side stitchings. The seat of the three-seater sofa is a plane similar to a horizontal rectangle. Accessories: a characteristic feature of each of the described upholstered furniture elements are the chrome feet. Their shape and bending at an appropriate (specific) angle give the furniture a special aesthetic value by drawing attention to finishing details. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial shape of the set of upholstered furniture consisting of a single-seater armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material: a photograph and a drawing attached to the application. The most characteristic features of the presented set of upholstered furniture include the furniture's style, the color scheme (two contrasting colors), the finishes, and the decorative elements (stitching and ribbons). Also particularly distinctive are the original shape of the side panels, the decorative cushions on the side panels, and the horizontal and vertical stitching on the backrests.
