Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni poszczególnych mebli stylowego kompletu mebli, wyrózniajacych sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergonomicznymi, zwiazanym i z wygoda siedzenia, czy lezenia, jak równiez skladania i rozkladania mebli do okreslonych funkcji uzytkowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny przodu fotela, fig. 2 - widok boczny naroza bocznego oparcia fotela, fig. 3 - widok perspektywiczny z przodu kanapy trzyosobowej, fig. 4 - widok czolowy rozlozonej kanapy trzyosobowej. Stylowy komplet mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest rodzajem mebli tapicerowanych majacych zewnetrzna powierzchnie pokrycia o barwie i fakturze charakterystycznej dla obiciowej skóry meblowej z mozliwoscia pokrycia tkanina meblowa. W stylowym komplecie mebli, fotel stanowi jednostke modulowa dla kanapy trzyosobowej, tworzac odmiany stylowego kompletu mebli. Poducha tylnego oparcia przechodzi katowo w plaszczyzne pionowa zachowujac szerokosc siedziska, stykajac sie z bocznymi krawedziami z lukowo uksztaltowanymi przedluzeniami poduch bocznych oparc. Przednia powierzchnia poduchy tylnego oparcia podzielona jest poziomymi przeszyciami o duzej glebokosci wglebien na trzy poziome segmenty poduch, tworzac estetyczne i ergonomiczne oparcie, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 2. Druga odmiana stylowego kompletu mebli jest kanapa trzyosobowa, która ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do potrójnej szerokosci fotela. Powierzchnia cokolu z siedziskiem i tylnym oparciem ma jednolita budowe, ponadto siedzisko jest wysuwane na potrzeby lezenia i przecho- wywania poscieli, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 i fig. 4. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Podlokietniki uksztaltowane z lukowych pionowych zewnetrznych bocznych scian, oddzielonych liniowym przeszyciem walcowym kiederem od bocznej powierzchni tylnego oparcia. Walcowym kiederem obszyte sa równiez pozostale krawedzie powierzchni bocznego oparcia. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and coloring of the surfaces of individual pieces of furniture in the stylish furniture set, distinguished by high aesthetic, utility, and ergonomic values, related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as folding and unfolding the furniture for specific utility functions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the front of the armchair, Fig. 2 - a side view of the corner of the side backrest of the armchair, Fig. 3 - a perspective view from the front of the three-seater sofa, Fig. 4 - a frontal view of the unfolded three-seater sofa. A stylish furniture set according to an industrial design is a type of upholstered furniture with an outer surface covered in a color and texture characteristic of upholstery leather with the possibility of covering it with furniture fabric. In a stylish furniture set, the armchair is a modular unit for a three-seater sofa, creating varieties of a stylish furniture set. The first variety of a stylish furniture set is an armchair that is a modular unit of a three-seater sofa. The armchair contains armrests formed from arc-shaped vertical outer side walls, separated by a linear cylindrical stitching with a header from the side surface of the backrest. The remaining edges of the side surface of the backrest are also covered with a cylindrical header. The upper part of each side backrest is a side backrest cushion with side edges trimmed with a runner, arcing to the side backrest surface and protruding significantly in a collar manner in front of the front surface of the backrest. In the space between the side backrests there is a front, uniform surface of the plinth, on which the front cylindrical surface of the seat is supported, connected to the remaining flat surface of the seat in contact with the rear backrest cushion. The surface of the plinth with the seat and back backrest has a uniform structure, in addition, the seat can be pulled out for lying down and storing bedding, as shown in the attached illustrative material fig. 3 and fig. 4.
