Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest zestaw dwóch sof tapicerowanych rozkladanych (z funkcja spania) skladajacy sie z nastepujacych elementów: sofa 2 osobowa rozkladana fot. „Fig." 1A oraz sofa 3 osobowa rozkladana fot. „Fig." 1B. Sofa dwuosobowa 1A jest konstrukcyjnie identyczna jak sofa trzyosobowa. Jedyna róznica miedzy prezentowanymi elementami jest szerokosc prezentowanych mebli. Tylna sciana sofy dwuosobowej „Fig." 1A przypomina plaszczyzne zblizona do poziomego prostokata z „wywinietymi" na zewnatrz boczkami. Strona czolowa (frontowa) odpowiada wizualnie fotelowi, aczkolwiek ze wzgledu na swoje gabaryty posiada wiecej przeszyc na oparciu, które jest podzielone na cztery regularne pola (poziome prostokaty) oraz dwa pionowe boczne przeszycia. Ksztalt oparcia sofy dwuosobowej, stanowi plaszczyzne nawiazujaca do poziomego prostokata. Sofa trzyosobowa „Fig." 1B to drugi, wiekszy element prezentowanych sof tapicerowanych rozkladanych. Posiada niemal identyczne cechy i podobnie jak w przypadku sofy dwuosobowej. Zasadnicza róznica pozostaja gabaryty tego mebla. Tylna sciana sofy nawiazuje do poziomego prostokata z „wywinietymi" na zewnatrz boczkami. Strona frontowa sofy trzyosobowej rozkladanej wczesniej opisywanych mebli. Róznica jest jedynie ilosc przeszyc wykonanych na oparciu, które dzieli je na osiem regularnych pól zblizonych do prostokata oraz jak poprzednio dwa pionowe przeszycia boczne. Siedzisko sofy trzyosobowej jest plaszczyzna zblizona do poziomego prostokata. Wspólna cecha charakterystyczna dla kazdego z opisywanych sof jest tzw. funkcja rozkladania, czyli wysuwane na zewnatrz siedzisko, które stanowi plaszczyzne sluzaca do spania fot. „Fig." 1A. Siedzisko to wysuwane jest na specjalnych aluminiowych prowadnicach. Punktami podparcia siedziska sa czesc frontowa sofy, do której mocowane sa dwie plastikowe stópki oraz dwa wsporniki z zamontowanymi kólkami nosnymi fot. „Fig." 1A oraz 1B. Elementem umozliwiajacym wysuniecie siedziska na zewnatrz jest specjalny chwytak fot. „Fig." 1A. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie zestawu sof tapicero- wanych rozkladanych skladajacego sie z sofy dwuosobowej rozkladanej oraz sofy trzyosobowej rozkladanej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym: fotografii oraz rysunku zalaczonych do wniosku. Do najbardziej charakterystycznych cech prezentowanego zestawu mebli tapicerowanych naleza stylistyka mebli, zastosowana kolorystyka wykonczenia, elementy zdobnicze (przeszycia oraz wstegi). Niezwykle charakterystyczne sa takze: oryginalny ksztalt boczków, poduchy ozdobne na boczkach, przeszycia poziome i pionowe na oparciach. Korpus sof tapicerowanych to kolejny i jeden z bardziej charakterystycznych calego zestawu, a w szczególnosci jego ksztalt, proporcje, kolorystyka. The 1A two-seater sofa is structurally identical to the three-seater sofa. The only difference between the presented elements is the width of the presented furniture. The back wall of the two-seater sofa "Fig. 1A" resembles a plane close to a horizontal rectangle with sides "turned" outwards. The front side visually corresponds to the armchair, although due to its dimensions it has more stitching on the backrest, which is divided into four regular fields (horizontal rectangles) and two vertical side stitching. The shape of the backrest of the two-seater sofa is a plane resembling a horizontal rectangle. The three-seater sofa "Fig." 1B is the second, larger element of the presented upholstered fold-out sofas. It has almost identical features and is similar to the two-seater sofa. The main difference is the dimensions of this piece of furniture. The back wall of the sofa refers to a horizontal rectangle with sides "turned" outwards. . The front side of the three-seater sofa of the previously described furniture. The only difference is the number of stitches made on the backrest, which divides it into eight regular fields close to a rectangle and, as before, two vertical side stitches. The seat of the three-seater sofa is a plane close to a horizontal rectangle. A common feature characteristic of each of the described sofas is the so-called unfolding function, i.e. a seat that slides outwards, which constitutes a sleeping surface, photo "Fig." 1A. This seat is pulled out on special aluminum guides. The seat's support points are the front part of the sofa, to which two plastic feet and two brackets are attached with mounted support wheels, photo "Fig." 1A and 1B. The element enabling the seat to be moved outwards is a special gripper photo "Fig." 1A. Important features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is a new spatial shape of a set of upholstered fold-out sofas, consisting of a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in the attached illustrative material: a photograph and a drawing attached to the application. The most characteristic features of the presented set of upholstered furniture include the style of the furniture, the colors of the finish, decorative elements (stitching and ribbons). Also extremely characteristic are: the original shape of the sides, decorative cushions on the sides. , horizontal and vertical stitching on the backrests. The body of the upholstered sofas is another and one of the most characteristic features of the entire set, especially its shape, proportions and colors.
