Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni poszczególnych mebli, wyrózniajacych sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergonomicznymi, zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia, czy lezenia, jak równiez skladania i rozkladania mebli do okreslonych funkcji uzytkowych oraz przechowywania w skrzyni meblowej poscieli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy trzyosobowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Fotel jest pierwsza odmiana kompletu mebli tapicerowanych zawiera z kazdej strony prostopadloscienne boczne oparcia z lukowymi naroznikami i lukowymi wglebieniami na powierzchniach od wewnetrznej strony siedziskowej. Wglebienia uksztaltowane sa na wysokosci, poczawszy od górnej powierzchni cokolu do górnej krawedzi bocznego oparcia. We wglebieniach osadzone sa poduchy bocznego oparcia stanowiace równoczesnie nakladki zdobnicze fotela. W tylnej zewnetrznej powierzchni bocznych oparc wszyte sa pionowo i pod katem dwa walcowe kiedery oddzielajace przednia czesc fotela od tylnej, zas w czesci srodkowej powierzchni, wszyty jest pionowy zdobniczy kieder oraz osadzony jest kolisty metalowy element zdobniczy. Boczne oparcia przechodza w tylne katowe oparcie z lukowymi bocznymi powierzchniami. Przednia czesc fotela stanowi cokól, na którym oparta jest poducha siedziska z lukowymi przednimi krawedziami. W czesciach bocznych powierzchni poduchy siedziskowej wszyte sa podluzne dwa ciagi zdobniczych walcowych kiederów. Poducha siedziska tylna krawedzia styka sie z poducha tylnego oparcia osadzonej pod katem na tylnej czesci ramy fotela. Poducha tylnego oparcia zawierajaca lukowe krawedzie boczne, ma na zewnetrznej oparciowej powierzchni, w polowie jej wysokosci zaznaczony poziomy scieg kiedera, z wglebieniem w czesci srodkowej dzielacy powierzchnie poduchy na dwie czesci, tworzac górna i dolna wypuklosc poduchy. W plaszczyznie pionowej poduchy tylnego oparcia wszyte sa lukowo dwa ciagi walcowych kiederów uzyskujac zdobniczy kielichowy zarys na powierzchni poduchy tylnego oparcia. Fotel osadzony jest na kolistych drewnianych duzych stopkach, podkreslajacych estetyczny wyglad fotela. 2. Druga odmiana fotela jest kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa, która ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/potrójnej szerokosci fotela. Cokól kazdego mebla ma jednolita budowe, zas poduchy tylnego oparcia i siedziska sa wymienne. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and color scheme of the individual pieces, distinguished by high aesthetic, functional, and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as folding and unfolding the furniture for specific functions and storing bedding in the furniture box. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, and Fig. 2 – an axonometric view from the front of the three-seater sofa. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The armchair is the first variant of a set of upholstered furniture, featuring rectangular side backrests on each side with arched corners and arched recesses on the inner seat surfaces. The recesses extend from the top of the plinth to the top edge of the side backrest. The side backrest cushions, which also serve as decorative overlays, are embedded in the recesses. Two cylindrical rails are sewn vertically and at an angle into the rear outer surface of the side backrests, separating the front and rear sections of the armchair. A vertical decorative rail is sewn into the central section of the surface, along with a circular metal decorative element. The side backrests merge into the rear angled backrest with arched side surfaces. The front of the seat is a plinth, supporting the seat cushion with curved front edges. Two rows of decorative cylindrical runners are sewn longitudinally into the side sections of the seat cushion. The rear edge of the seat cushion meets the rear backrest cushion, which is mounted at an angle on the rear of the seat frame. The rear backrest cushion, which includes curved side edges, has a horizontal runner stitch marked on its outer backrest surface, midway up, with a recess in the center section dividing the cushion surface into two, creating the upper and lower convexities of the cushion. Two rows of cylindrical runners are sewn arcuately into the vertical plane of the rear backrest cushion, creating a decorative cup-shaped outline on the surface of the rear backrest cushion. The armchair is mounted on large, round wooden feet, emphasizing its aesthetic appeal. 2. The second type of armchair is a two- or three-seater sofa, with a seat and backrest width approximately twice or triple the width of the armchair.
