Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych w stylu wloskim, skladajacy sie z fotela oraz sofy dwu/trzyosobowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni kompletu mebli wypoczynkowych w stylu wloskim wyrózniajacych sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia czy lezenia, jak równiez skladania i rozkladania do okreslonych funkcji uzytkowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 - widok aksonometryczny z przodu sofy dwu/trzyosobowej. Komplet mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest rodzajem mebli tapicerowanych, majacych zewnetrzne powierzchnie pokrycia o barwie i fakturze charakterystycznej dla tkaniny meblowej. W komplecie mebli, fotel stanowi jednostke modulowa dla sofy dwu/trzyosobowej, tworzac odmiane kompletu mebli wypoczynkowych w stylu wloskim. Fotel bedac pierwsza odmiana kompletu mebli wypoczynkowych w stylu wloskim ma czolowa powierzchnie drewnianego stelaza uksztaltowana w postaci stylizowanego kielicha, którego podstawa promieniowo przechodzi w lukowe pionowe ramiona tworzace czolowe powierzchnie bocznych oparc. Poducha siedziska wystajac przed czolowa powierzchnie cokolu ma profil zblizony do litery „T", której poziome ramiona zachodza na czolowe powierzchnie podlokietników, czesciowo je zaslaniajac. Na tylnym oparciu fotela umieszczona jest pod katem poducha tylnego oparcia, której krawedzie zewnetrzne obszyte sa duzym walcowym ozdobnym kiederem. Fotel oparty jest na drewnianym stelazu ze stopkami w ksztalcie stozka scietego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana kompletu mebli wypoczynkowych w stylu wloskim jest sofa dwu/trzyosobowa, która ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/potrójnej szerokosci fotela. Powierzchnia cokolu ma jednolita budowe, zas powierzchnia siedziska i tylnego oparcia ma dwa/trzy oddzielne segmenty poduch tworzacych wglebienia stykajacych sie ze soba pionowych krawedzi poszczególnych poduch, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and colour scheme of the surface of the set of Italian-style lounge furniture, distinguished by high aesthetic, utility and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as folding and unfolding for specific utility functions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, Fig. 2 - an axonometric view from the front of the two-/three-seater sofa. The set of furniture according to the industrial design is a type of upholstered furniture, having external surfaces covered with a colour and texture characteristic of furniture fabric. In the furniture set, the armchair is a modular unit for a two/three-seater sofa, creating a variety of the Italian style lounge furniture set. The armchair, being the first variety of the Italian style lounge furniture set, has the front surface of the wooden frame shaped in the form of a stylized goblet, the base of which radially passes into arcuate vertical arms that create the front surfaces of the side backrests. In the space between the vertical arms of the frame, there is a plinth and a seat cushion. The upper part of the side backrests is made of cylindrical sides arranged in a diamond pattern with a combination of point quilting, shaped with a rise at a small angle towards the rear backrest. The combination of transverse recesses with point quilted recesses creates an exceptionally aesthetic composition, the visual effect of which is intensified by the stitching, a decorative guide on the inner edge from the upholstery side of the wooden frame. The seat cushion protruding in front of the front surface of the plinth has a profile similar to the letter "T", the horizontal arms of which overlap the front surfaces of the armrests, partially covering them. On the rear backrest of the armchair, a rear backrest cushion is placed at an angle, the outer edges of which are trimmed with a large cylindrical decorative trim. The armchair is based on a wooden frame with feet in the shape of a truncated cone, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1. The second variety of the set of Italian-style lounge furniture is a two-/three-seater sofa, which has a seat and a backrest with a width close to double/triple the width of the armchair. The surface of the plinth has a uniform structure, while the surface of the seat and backrest has two/three separate cushion segments forming recesses of the vertical contacting edges of individual cushions, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2. The inner edges from the sides of the upholstery of the wooden frame are trimmed with a decorative runner. 2.
