Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni poszczególnych mebli, wyrózniajacych sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia, czy lezenia, jak równiez skladania i rozkladania mebli do okreslonych funkcji uzytkowych oraz przechowywania w skrzyni meblowej poscieli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Boczne oparcia fotela polaczone sa ze soba w dolnej czesci siedziskiem z cokolem zawierajacym na górnej i dolnej krawedzi poziomej drewniane pólkoliste listwowe elementy ozdobne. Na powierzchni siedziska osadzona jest poducha siedziska z lukowa powierzchnia czolowa, z obszytym w czesci srodkowej lukowym walcowym kiederem. Tylna krawedzia poducha siedziska styka sie z lekko odchylona na zewnatrz poducha tylnego oparcia. Poducha tylnego oparcia ma lukowa górna krawedz i jednolita gladka dolna czesc powierzchni, zas pozostala powierzchnia ma równolegle podwójne glebokie wglebienia pionowe i poziome, rozmieszczone w okreslonej od siebie odleglosci, dzielace cala powierzchnie na czworoboki, laczac tym uzyskany efekt elastycznego oparcia z nowym efektem wizualnym. Na bocznych krawedziach poduchy tylnego oparcia uksztaltowane sa podluzne, boczne poduchy oparciowe stanowiace pionowe przedluzenia podlokietników. Wystaja poza powierzchnie poduchy tylnego oparcia, tworzac dla uzytkownika dodatkowe boczne oparcie. Krawedzie bocznych oparc obszyte sa kiederami i na nich od strony zewnetrznej umieszczone sa drewniane listwowe lukowe elementy ozdobne stykajace sie w czesci dolnej z podlokietnikami. Wszystkie drewniane elementy ozdobne maja blyszczaca, hebanowa fakture powierzchni, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana stylowego kompletu mebli jest kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa, która ma siedzisko i tylne opacie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/potrójnej szerokosci fotela. Powierzchnia cokolu i powierzchnia lezyska ma jednolita budowe, przy czym na powierzchni lezyska, osadzone sa oddzielenie dwie/trzy poduchy siedziska. Ponadto Iezysko jest wysuwane na potrzeby lezenia i przechowywania poscieli. Poducha tylnego oparcia ma jednolita powierzchnie, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and color scheme of the individual pieces, distinguished by high aesthetic, functional, and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as folding and unfolding the furniture for specific functions and storing bedding in the furniture box. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, and Fig. 2 – an axonometric view from the front of the two- or three-seater sofa. The first variant of the stylish furniture set is an armchair that constitutes a modular unit of a two- or three-seater sofa. The armchair features cylindrical armrests that arc from the outer side into the side walls. On the front and rear sides, as well as along the edges where they meet the armrests, they are trimmed with a thick cylindrical edging. On the seat side, the armrests arc down to the edge of the lower backrest, spatially enclosing the side backrests on both sides of the armchair. On the front surface of each side backrest is an elongated, flat wooden decorative element in the shape of a stylized "S," with a circular top. At the bottom, with a widened arc, the conical leg of the armchair protrudes at an angle, forming the front supports of the armchair at an obtuse angle on both sides. The surfaces of the flat decorative element are shaped along their entire length, parallel to the outer edges; the elongated protrusions and recesses create a highly decorative composition. The armrests feature circular, elongated, and arched bolsters with smaller cylindrical radii. The side backrests are connected at the bottom by a seat with a plinth containing semicircular, horizontal wooden slatted decorative elements on the upper and lower edges. A seat cushion with an arched front surface is mounted on the seat surface, with a cylindrical arched bolster trimmed in the center. The rear edge of the seat cushion abuts the slightly outward-sloping rear backrest cushion. The rear backrest cushion has an arched upper edge and a uniform, smooth lower surface, while the remaining surface has parallel, double, deep vertical and horizontal recesses, spaced at a specific distance from each other, dividing the entire surface into quadrangles, thus combining the effect of a flexible backrest with a new visual effect. On the side edges of the rear backrest cushions are longitudinal side backrest cushions, which act as vertical extensions of the armrests. They extend beyond the rear backrest cushion surface, providing additional lateral support for the user. The edges of the side backrests are trimmed with runners, and on the outside, they are adorned with wooden slatted arched decorative elements that meet the armrests at the bottom. All wooden decorative elements have a glossy, ebony surface, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second variant of this stylish furniture set is a two- or three-seater sofa, which has a seat and backrest width approximately twice or triple the width of the armchair. The base and bed surface are of uniform construction, with two or three separate seat cushions mounted on the bed surface. In addition, the bed can be pulled out for lying down and storing bedding. The rear backrest cushion has a uniform surface, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. Essential features of industrial design 1. In the first version of this stylish furniture set, the armchair features cylindrical armrests that arc from the outer side to the side walls.
