Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stylowy komplet mebli skladajacy sie z fotela oraz kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni poszczególnych mebli, wyrózniajacych sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia, czy lezenia, jak równiez skladania i rozkladania mebli do okreslonych funkcji uzytkowych oraz przechowywania w skrzyni meblowej poscieli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Pierwsza odmiana stylowego kompletu mebli jest fotel stanowiacy jednostke modulowa kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Fotel zawiera walcowe podlokietniki przechodzace od zewnetrznej strony lukowo w sciany boczne. Z przedniej i tylnej strony oraz wzdluz krawedzi styku z podlokietnikami sa one obszyte grubym walcowym kiederem. Od strony siedziska podlokietniki przechodza lukowo w dól do krawedzi dolnego oparcia, zamykajac przestrzennie z obu stron fotela bryly bocznych oparc. Na powierzchni czolowej kazdego bocznego oparcia znajduje sie drewniany podluzny plaski element zdobniczy w ksztalcie stylizowanej litery „S", majacej na górze koliste zakonczenie, zas w czesci dolnej z rozszerzonej powierzchniowo lukiem, wystaje pod katem, stozkowa nózka fotela, z obu stron tworzac przednie podpory fotela, pod katem rozwartym. Powierzchnie plaskiego elementu zdobniczego uksztaltowane sa wzdluz calej dlugosci, równolegle do krawedzi zewnetrznych, podluzne wystepy i wglebienia tworza bardzo zdobnicza kompozycje. Na powierzchni podlokietników wykonane sa koliscie, podluzne i lukowo kiedery o mniejszych promieniach walcowych. Boczne oparcia fotela polaczone sa ze soba w dolnej czesci siedziskiem z cokolem zawierajacym na górnej i dolnej krawedzi poziomej drewniane pólkoliste listwowe elementy ozdobne. Na powierzchni siedziska osadzona jest poducha siedziska z lukowa powierzchnia czolowa, z obszytym w czesci srodkowej lukowym walcowym kiederem. Tylna krawedzia poducha siedziska styka sie z lekko odchylona na zewnatrz poducha tylnego oparcia. Poducha tylnego oparcia ma lukowa górna krawedz i jednolita gladka dolna czesc powierzchni, zas pozostala powierzchnia ma równolegle podwójne glebokie wglebienia pionowe i poziome, rozmieszczone w okreslonej od siebie odleglosci, dzielace cala powierzchnie na czworoboki, laczac tym uzyskany efekt elastycznego oparcia z nowym efektem wizualnym. Na bocznych krawedziach poduchy tylnego oparcia uksztaltowane sa podluzne, boczne poduchy oparciowe stanowiace pionowe przedluzenia podlokietników. Wystaja poza powierzchnie poduchy tylnego oparcia, tworzac dla uzytkownika dodatkowe boczne oparcie. Krawedzie bocznych oparc obszyte sa kiederami i na nich od strony zewnetrznej umieszczone sa drewniane listwowe lukowe elementy ozdobne stykajace sie w czesci dolnej z podlokietnikami. Wszystkie drewniane elementy ozdobne maja blyszczaca, hebanowa fakture powierzchni, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana stylowego kompletu mebli jest kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa, która ma siedzisko i tylne opacie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/potrójnej szerokosci fotela. Powierzchnia cokolu i powierzchnia lezyska ma jednolita budowe, przy czym na powierzchni lezyska, osadzone sa oddzielenie dwie/trzy poduchy siedziska. Ponadto Iezysko jest wysuwane na potrzeby lezenia i przechowywania poscieli. Poducha tylnego oparcia ma jednolita powierzchnie, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Boczne oparcia fotela polaczone sa ze soba w dolnej czesci siedziskiem z cokolem zawierajacym na górnej i dolnej krawedzi poziomej drewniane pólkoliste listwowe elementy ozdobne. Na powierzchni siedziska osadzona jest poducha siedziska z lukowa powierzchnia czolowa, z obszytym w czesci srodkowej lukowym walcowym kiederem. Tylna krawedzia poducha siedziska styka sie z lekko odchylona na zewnatrz poducha tylnego oparcia. 4. Poducha tylnego oparcia ma lukowa górna krawedz i jednolita gladka dolna czesc powierzchni, zas pozostala powierzchnia ma równolegle podwójne glebokie wglebienia pionowe i poziome, rozmieszczone w okreslonej od siebie odleglosci, dzielace cala powierzchnie na czworoboki, laczac tym uzyskany efekt elastycznego oparcia z nowym efektem wizualnym. Na bocznych krawedziach poduchy tylnego oparcia uksztaltowane sa podluzne, boczne poduchy oparciowe stanowiace pionowe przedluzenia podlokietników. Wystaja poza powierzchnie poduchy tylnego oparcia, tworzac dla uzytkownika dodatkowe boczne oparcie. Krawedzie bocznych oparc obszyte sa kiederami i na nich od strony zewnetrznej umieszczone sa drewniane listwowe lukowe elementy ozdobne stykajace sie w czesci dolnej z podlokietnikami. 5. Wszystkie drewniane elementy ozdobne maja blyszczaca, hebanowa fakture powierzchni. 6. The essence of an industrial design is the spatial shape and color of the surfaces of individual furniture, distinguished by high aesthetic, functional and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting or lying, as well as folding and unfolding the furniture for specific functional functions and storing bedding in the furniture box. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, Fig. 2 - an axonometric view from the front of a two/three-seater sofa. The first type of stylish furniture set is an armchair which is a modular unit of a two/three-seater sofa. The armchair has cylindrical armrests that extend arcually into the side walls on the outer side. On the front and back sides and along the edges where they meet the armrests, they are trimmed with a thick cylindrical lining. On the seat side, the armrests extend in an arc down to the edge of the lower backrest, spatially enclosing the side backrests on both sides of the armchair. On the front surface of each side backrest there is a wooden longitudinal flat decorative element in the shape of a stylized letter "S", with a circular tip at the top, and in the lower part, with the surface expanded by an arch, protruding at an angle, conical armchair leg, on both sides creating front supports armchair, at an obtuse angle. The surfaces of the flat decorative element are shaped along the entire length, parallel to the outer edges, the longitudinal protrusions and recesses create a very decorative composition. The surface of the armrests are made of circular, longitudinal and arc-like shapes with smaller cylindrical radii. The side backrests of the armchair are connected they are connected in the lower part to a seat with a plinth containing wooden semicircular slatted decorative elements on the upper and lower horizontal edges. On the seat surface there is a seat cushion with an arched front surface, with an arched cylindrical head trimmed in the middle part. The rear edge of the seat cushion is in contact with rear backrest cushion slightly tilted outwards. The rear backrest cushion has an arched upper edge and a uniform smooth lower part of the surface, while the remaining surface has parallel double deep vertical and horizontal recesses, spaced at a specific distance from each other, dividing the entire surface into quadrilaterals, thus combining the effect of a flexible backrest with a new visual effect. On the side edges of the rear backrest cushion, longitudinal side backrest cushions are formed, constituting vertical extensions of the armrests. They protrude beyond the surface of the rear backrest cushion, creating additional side support for the user. The edges of the side backrests are trimmed with rugs and on the outside there are wooden slatted, arched decorative elements that meet the armrests in the lower part. All wooden decorative elements have a shiny, ebony surface texture, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second type of stylish furniture set is a two/three-seater sofa, which has a seat and backrests with a width similar to double/triple the width of the armchair. The surface of the plinth and the seating surface have a uniform structure, with two/three seat cushions placed separately on the seating surface. In addition, the bed can be pulled out for lying and storing bedding. The rear backrest cushion has a uniform surface, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. Important features of the industrial design 1. In the first version of the stylish furniture set, the armchair includes cylindrical armrests extending arcually into the side walls from the outside.
