PL 24674 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych, który zasadniczo jest przeznaczony do wyposazenia niewielkiego, stylowego pokoju wypoczynkowego. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, pikowan, ksztalcie konturów oraz w wygladzie boczków. Ponadto kanapa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi komplet elementów, w którego sklad wchodzi kanapa oraz fotel. Kazdy z elementów kompletu posiada tapicerowana podstawe, osadzona na ulozonych skosnie na zewnatrz nogach, które sa waskie i maja postac plaskownika, w górnej czesci poziomego, w nizszej czesci katowo zagietego w dól, o zwezajacej sie szerokosci i zakonczonego mala stopka. Na podstawie jest umieszczona gruba poducha siedziska, zawierajaca dwa wzdluzne i kilka poprzecznych przeszyc, ponadto jest pikowana w symetrycznie rozlozonych punktach przeciecia linii przeszyc. Z tylu znajduje sie lekko pochylona poducha oparcia, której zewnetrzna powierzchnia jest gladka, natomiast krawedzie sa uwydatnione na calym obwodzie wzdluzna faldka podwójnego przeszycia. Skrajnie do podstawy sa umocowane i lekko odchylone na zewnatrz prostokatne, waskie tapicerowane boczki, które forma przy- pominaja poduszki poscielowe, gdzie krawedzie sa ozdobione na calym obwodzie wzdluzna faldka po- dwójnego przeszycia. Kanapa ma podstawe w formie skrzyni poscielowej, na której sa umieszczone na mechanizmach podnosnikowych, polaczone z soba pojedyncze wysokie poduchy oparcia oraz siedziska. Tapicerowany przedni bok poduchy siedziska jest poszerzony ku dolowi i czesciowo oslania przód skrzyni poscielowej. W pozycji zlozonej oparcie jest lekko pochylone i z tylu szczelnie osloniete tkanina tapicerki. W pozycji rozlozonej poduchy oparcia i siedziska tworza plaska powierzchnie. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines, quilting, contours, and the appearance of the side panels. Furthermore, the sofa has additional functional features related to its ability to transform from a seat to a lounger. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where Fig. 1. shows the sofa from the front, Fig. 2. – the sofa from the front-side view, Fig. 3. – the sofa from the front-side view with the raised seat, Fig. 4. – the sofa from the front-side view in the unfolded position, Fig. 5. – the sofa from the side-back view, Fig. 6. – the armchair from the front, Fig. 7. – the armchair from the front-side view, and Fig. 8. – the armchair from the side. The subject of the industrial design is a set of elements consisting of a sofa and an armchair. Each element of the set features an upholstered base, set on diagonally arranged legs, which are narrow and flat, horizontal in the upper section and angled downward in the lower section, tapering in width, and ending with a small foot. The base features a thick seat cushion with two longitudinal and several cross stitches, and is also quilted at symmetrically placed stitching intersections. At the back is a slightly angled back cushion, whose outer surface is smooth, while the edges are accentuated by a longitudinal double-stitched fold. Attached to the base and slightly outward, are rectangular, narrow, upholstered side panels, reminiscent of bedding cushions, with the edges embellished along their entire circumference with a longitudinal double-stitched fold. The sofa's base is shaped like a bedding box, on which individual, high backrest and seat cushions are attached, connected by lifting mechanisms. The upholstered front side of the seat cushion extends downward and partially covers the front of the bedding box. In the folded position, the backrest is slightly tilted and tightly covered by the fabric at the back. In the unfolded position, the backrest and seat cushions form a flat surface. The armchair has a narrow base with a fixed, narrow seat cushion. The backrest features an upholstered backrest with a vertical rear surface. The front backrest slopes toward the back, housing the cushion. The set is available in a variety of upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of a sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that each element of the set has an upholstered base, mounted on legs arranged diagonally on the outside, which are narrow and have the form of a flat bar, horizontal in the upper part, bent downwards at an angle in the lower part, tapering in width and ending with a small foot, while on the base there is a thick seat cushion containing two longitudinal and several transverse stitchings, moreover it is quilted at symmetrically placed points of intersection of the stitching lines, while at the back there is a slightly inclined backrest cushion, the outer surface of which is smooth, the edges are emphasized along the entire circumference by a longitudinal fold of double stitching, while on the outermost parts of the base there are rectangular, narrow upholstered sides attached and slightly inclined outwards, which in form resemble bedding cushions, where the edges are decorated along the entire circumference with a longitudinal fold of double stitching, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. - Fig. 8. 2. A set of upholstered furniture is characterized in that the sofa has a base in the form of a bedding box, on which, on lifting mechanisms, single high backrest and seat cushions are placed and connected to each other, furthermore, the upholstered front side of the seat cushion is widened downwards and partially covers the front of the bedding box, while in the folded position the backrest is slightly inclined and tightly covered with the upholstery fabric at the back, while in the unfolded position the backrest and seat cushions create a flat surface, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. - Fig. 5.
