PL 24674 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych, który zasadniczo jest przeznaczony do wyposazenia niewielkiego, stylowego pokoju wypoczynkowego. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, pikowan, ksztalcie konturów oraz w wygladzie boczków. Ponadto kanapa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicznych, gdzie fig. 1. przedstawia kanape z przodu, fig. 2. – kanape w ujeciu przednio-bocznym, fig. 3. – kanape w ujeciu przednio-bocznym z podniesionym siedziskiem, fig. 4. – kanape w ujeciu przednio-bocznym w pozycji rozlozonej, fig. 5. – kanape w ujeciu boczno-tylnym, natomiast fig. 6. – fotel z przodu, fig. 7. – fotel w ujeciu przednio-bocznym, zas fig. 8. – fotel z boku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi komplet elementów, w którego sklad wchodzi kanapa oraz fotel. Kazdy z elementów kompletu posiada tapicerowana podstawe, osadzona na ulozonych skosnie na zewnatrz nogach, które sa waskie i maja postac plaskownika, w górnej czesci poziomego, w nizszej czesci katowo zagietego w dól, o zwezajacej sie szerokosci i zakonczonego mala stopka. Na podstawie jest umieszczona gruba poducha siedziska, zawierajaca dwa wzdluzne i kilka poprzecznych przeszyc, ponadto jest pikowana w symetrycznie rozlozonych punktach przeciecia linii przeszyc. Z tylu znajduje sie lekko pochylona poducha oparcia, której zewnetrzna powierzchnia jest gladka, natomiast krawedzie sa uwydatnione na calym obwodzie wzdluzna faldka podwójnego przeszycia. Skrajnie do podstawy sa umocowane i lekko odchylone na zewnatrz prostokatne, waskie tapicerowane boczki, które forma przy- pominaja poduszki poscielowe, gdzie krawedzie sa ozdobione na calym obwodzie wzdluzna faldka po- dwójnego przeszycia. Kanapa ma podstawe w formie skrzyni poscielowej, na której sa umieszczone na mechanizmach podnosnikowych, polaczone z soba pojedyncze wysokie poduchy oparcia oraz siedziska. Tapicerowany przedni bok poduchy siedziska jest poszerzony ku dolowi i czesciowo oslania przód skrzyni poscielowej. W pozycji zlozonej oparcie jest lekko pochylone i z tylu szczelnie osloniete tkanina tapicerki. W pozycji rozlozonej poduchy oparcia i siedziska tworza plaska powierzchnie. The originality of the industrial design is reflected in the general shape of the furniture, and especially in the arrangement of the stitching lines, quilting, the shape of the contours and the appearance of the sides. In addition, the sofa has additional functional features related to the function of transforming from a piece of furniture for sitting into a piece of furniture for lying down. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where fig. 1. shows the sofa from the front, fig. 2. – the sofa in a front-side view, fig. 3. – the sofa in a front-side view with the seat raised, fig. 4. – the sofa in a front-side view in the unfolded position, fig. 5. – the sofa in a side-back view, while fig. 6. – the armchair from the front, fig. 7. – the armchair in a front-side view, and fig. 8. – the armchair from the side. The subject of the industrial design is a set of elements, which includes a sofa and an armchair. Each element of the set has an upholstered base, set on legs placed diagonally on the outside, which are narrow and have the form of a flat bar, horizontal in the upper part, bent downwards at an angle in the lower part, with a narrowing width and ending with a small foot. A thick seat cushion is placed on the base, containing two longitudinal and several transverse stitchings, and is also quilted at symmetrically placed points of intersection of the stitching lines. At the back there is a slightly inclined back cushion, the outer surface of which is smooth, while the edges are emphasized around the entire circumference by a longitudinal fold of double stitching. The base is fitted with rectangular, narrow upholstered sides that are slightly outwardly tilted, resembling bedding cushions, where the edges are decorated along the entire perimeter with a longitudinal fold of double stitching. The sofa has a base in the form of a bedding box, on which single, high backrest and seat cushions are placed on lifting mechanisms, connected together. The upholstered front side of the seat cushion is widened towards the bottom and partially covers the front of the bedding box. In the folded position, the backrest is slightly tilted and tightly covered with upholstery fabric at the back. In the unfolded position, the backrest and seat cushions create a flat surface. The armchair has a narrow base, on which a narrow seat cushion is permanently placed, while at the back there is an upholstered backrest, the back surface of which is vertical, while at the front the backrest is inclined, where the backrest cushion is located. The set can appear in various combinations of upholstery material colors. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of a sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that each element of the set has an upholstered base, set on legs arranged diagonally on the outside, which are narrow and have the form of a flat bar, horizontal in the upper part, bent downwards at an angle in the lower part, with a narrowing width and ending with a small foot, while on the base there is a thick seat cushion, containing two longitudinal and several transverse stitchings, in addition it is quilted at symmetrically distributed points of intersection of the stitching lines, while at the back there is a slightly inclined backrest cushion, the outer surface of which is smooth, with the edges being emphasized around the entire circumference by a longitudinal fold of double stitching, while at the extreme ends there are attached to the base and slightly inclined outwards rectangular, narrow upholstered sides, which in form resemble bedding cushions, where the edges are decorated along the entire circumference with a longitudinal fold of double stitching, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1. - fig. 8. 2.
