PL 23489 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa narozna, która zawiera, prosty segment kana- powy, zaopatrzony z jednej strony w elementy naroznikowe. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, pikowan i ksztalcie konturów. Ponadto kanapa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicz- nych, gdzie fig. 1. przedstawia kanape z przodu, fig. 2. – kanape z boku od strony naroznej, fig. 3. – kanape z tylu z przeciwnego boku, zas fig. 4. – fragment kanapy z boku z wysunieta poducha naroz- nego pufa, fig. 5. – kanape z przodu z podniesionym siedziskiem, odslaniajacym skrzynie poscielowa, natomiast fig. 6. – kanape w stanie rozlozonym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zawiera prosty segment kanapowy, który z jednej strony jest osloniety waskim boczkiem, zas z drugiej strony znajduja sie elementy naroznikowe, na które sklada sie kwadratowy puf umieszczony skrajnie z przodu oraz szeroki boczek, oslaniajacy segment kana- powy i znaczna czesc pufa. Kanapa w segmencie kanapowym posiada jednolita, prostokatna tapicerowana skrzynie poscie- lowa, która jest osadzona na wysokich drewnianych, ustawionych lekko skosnie nogach. Na skrzyni sa umieszczone na jednolitym stelazu, trzy gladkie poduchy siedziska, zas z tylu analogicznie pola- czone, trzy pikowane w symetrycznie rozlozonych punktach poduchy oparcia. Poduchy siedziska i oparcia sa ruchomo osadzone na typowych mechanizmach rozkladania kanap. Skrajnie z przodu na segmencie kanapowym jest umocowany kwadratowy puf, majacy tapice- rowana podstawe, osadzona równiez na wysokich drewnianych, ustawionych lekko skosnie nogach, zas na podstawie znajduje sie ruchoma poducha boczna, która przemieszcza sie z pozycji przyleglej do siedziska segmentu kanapowego do pozycji wysunietej z zastosowaniem znanych podnosników obrotowych. Skrajnie po bokach na segmencie kanapowym sa umieszczone boczki w formie prostopadlo- scianów, które na zewnetrznych plaszczyznach sa pikowane w symetrycznie rozlozonych punktach. Kanapa narozna w pozycji zlozonej do siedzenia ma postawione poduchy oparcia segmentu kanapowego, zas poducha pufa jest wycofana i przylega do siedziska segmentu kanapowego. Przy zmianie pozycji na rozlozona do lezenia, poduche pufa przemieszcza sie na zewnatrz. Powstala prze- strzen miedzy siedziskiem, a poducha pufa stanowi dystans o jaki siedzisko zostanie przemieszczone, gdy poduchy segmentu kanapowego zostana rozlozone. Wówczas poducha pufa bedzie ponownie przylegac do siedziska. Rozwiazanie daje uzytkownikowi do dyspozycji duza skrzynie poscielowa segmentu kanapowe- go i znacznie upraszcza metode rozkladania. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines, quilting, and contours. Furthermore, the sofa has additional functional features related to the function of transforming from a seat to a lounger. The industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, Fig. 2 – the side view of the sofa from the corner, Fig. 3 – the rear view of the sofa from the opposite side, Fig. 4 – a fragment of the sofa from the side with the corner pouffe cushion extended, Fig. 5 – the front of the sofa with the raised seat revealing the bedding box, and Fig. 6 – the sofa in its unfolded state. The industrial design comprises a straight sofa segment, which on one side is covered by a narrow side panel, while on the other side there are corner elements, consisting of a square pouffe placed at the extreme front and a wide side panel covering the sofa segment and a significant part of the pouffe. The sofa in the sofa section features a uniform, rectangular, upholstered bedding box, which rests on tall, slightly angled wooden legs. The box supports three smooth seat cushions on a uniform frame, while the rear features three symmetrically arranged, tufted backrest cushions, similarly connected. The seat and backrest cushions are movably mounted on typical sofa-folding mechanisms. A square pouffe with an upholstered base, also mounted on tall, slightly angled wooden legs, sits at the base. The base features a movable side cushion that moves from adjacent to the sofa seat to a fully extended position using familiar rotary lifts. The outer surfaces of the sofa section feature cuboid side panels, quilted symmetrically at the points on the outer surfaces. When folded down to a sitting position, the corner sofa has the backrest cushions of the sofa section folded up, while the pouffe cushion is retracted and rests against the seat of the sofa section. When the sofa is changed to the lying position, the pouffe cushion moves outward. The resulting space between the seat and the pouffe cushion determines the distance the seat will move when the sofa section cushions are folded out. The pouffe cushion will then rest against the seat. This solution provides the user with a large bedding box for the sofa section and significantly simplifies the unfolding process. The sofa can be available in two mirrored arrangements and in various color combinations of the upholstery material. Essential features of the industrial design: A corner sofa is characterized by the fact that it contains a straight sofa segment, which on one side is covered with a narrow side panel, while on the other side there are corner elements, which consist of a square pouffe placed at the extreme front and a wide side panel, covering the sofa segment and a significant part of the pouffe, while the sofa segment has a uniform, rectangular upholstered bedding box, which is mounted on high wooden legs, set slightly obliquely, in addition, on the box there are three smooth seat cushions placed on a uniform frame, while at the back there are three backrest cushions, tufted in symmetrically placed points, where the seat and backrest cushions are movably mounted on typical sofa unfolding mechanisms, while the square pouffe has an upholstered the base, also mounted on high wooden legs, set slightly obliquely, and on the base there is a movable side cushion, which moves from a position adjacent to the seat of the sofa segment to a pulled out position using the known rotary lifters, moreover, the sides have the form of cuboids, which on the external surfaces are quilted in symmetrically distributed points, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 6.
