Kanapa jest przeznaczona do nieduzego salonu. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie ksztalcie bryl i konturów, w ksztalcie boczków oraz w ukladzie linii przeszyc. The sofa is intended for a small living room. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly the shapes of the shapes and contours, the shape of the side panels, and the arrangement of the stitching lines. The final shape and size of the sofa are configurable thanks to the different dimensional versions of the two basic segments. Furthermore, the sofa has additional functional features related to the function of transforming from a seat to a lounger. The industrial design subject is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front in a folded position in a first configuration, fig. 2 – the sofa from the back, fig. 3 – the sofa from the shorter side, fig. 4 – the sofa from the longer side, fig. 5 – the sofa from the side, without cushions in the folded position, and fig. 6 – the sofa from the side, without cushions in the unfolded position, while fig. 7 – the sofa from the front in the first configuration in a mirror arrangement, fig. 8 – the sofa from the front in the second configuration, fig. 9 – the sofa from the front in the third configuration, and fig. 10 – the sofa from the front in the fourth configuration. The industrial design subject comprises two segments in different width versions. The elongated segment, at the extreme end and at the rear, has fixed backrests, while on the other side it is adapted to be connected by an opposing segment. The reclining section has a movable seat and backrest, and is additionally protected by a short, slightly lower armrest. The backrests of the sections are protected by thick cushions. The segments have upholstered bases, on which rectangular seat cushions are placed, protruding slightly beyond the bases. Furthermore, the side edges of these cushions are finished with distinct stitching. The upper seats feature longitudinal and transverse stitching, dividing their surfaces into equal squares. Behind the seats, near the bases, are upholstered backrests, which are cuboid-shaped and covered by free-standing, rectangular backrest cushions, tapering upwards, with gently rounded surfaces and edges. The backrests and armrests are mounted on massive, cuboid-shaped legs, tapering diagonally downwards. The side section also has a cuboid shape, with rounded upper corners, edges accentuated with distinct stitching, and the top and front surfaces are slightly, whimsically, wrinkled crosswise. The segments are available in two mirrored finishes and in various widths, with the extended section having one width and the reclining section available in three widths – narrow, intermediate, and wide. The seats in the extended and narrow reclining sections have two longitudinal stitching, while the intermediate and wide reclining sections have three longitudinal stitching. The configuration allows for the furniture to be assembled as a corner sofa of different widths or as a simple sofa composed of two mirrored reclining sections. The reclining section has a retractable seat, permanently connected to the front cover, and a movable backrest. In the unfolded position, the backrest cushions are folded back, and the backrest rests horizontally in the adjusted space created by sliding the seat forward. When folded, the front surface of the movable backrest is retracted, and the rear surface of the movable backrest is flush with the surface of the extended seat. The sofa in the exemplary first configuration has a wide reclining segment connected to a longitudinal segment. The sofa in the exemplary second configuration has an intermediate-width reclining segment connected to a longitudinal segment. The sofa in the exemplary third configuration has a narrow reclining segment connected to a longitudinal segment. The sofa in the exemplary fourth configuration has a narrow reclining segment connected to a second narrow, mirrored reclining segment. The sofa is available in various upholstery color combinations and in a range of configurations, designed to adapt its shape and size to the user's needs. The solution presented above, precisely because of its configurability, finds a wider range of buyers. PL 25705 3 Essential features of the industrial design 1. A fold-out sofa, characterized in that it comprises two segments in different width versions, where the elongated segment, on the outermost side and at the back, has fixed backrests, while on the other side it is adapted to be connected with the opposite segment, while the fold-out segment has a movable seat and backrest, moreover, the outermost side is covered with a short side panel, slightly lower than the backrests, moreover, the backrests of the segments are covered with thick cushions, and the segments have upholstered bases on which rectangular seat cushions are placed, protruding slightly beyond the bases, moreover, the side edges of these cushions are finished with distinct stitching, while the seats at the top have longitudinal and transverse stitching dividing their surfaces into equal squares, while behind the seats, near the bases, there are upholstered backrests on both sides, which have a shape cuboids and are covered by freely arranged, rectangular, tapering towards the top, backrest cushions with gently rounded surfaces and edges, furthermore, the backrests and the side panel are mounted on massive legs in the shape of cuboids tapering diagonally towards the bottom, while the side panel also has a cuboid shape, where the upper corners are rounded, the edges are highlighted with clear stitching, and the top and front surfaces are slightly, fancifully, crosswise wrinkled, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 10. 2. The fold-out sofa is characterized by the fact that the segments have two mirror finishes and different width versions, where the elongated segment has one width, while the fold-out segment has three widths - narrow, intermediate and wide, while the seats in the segment in the elongated and narrow folding segment they have two longitudinal stitchings, while in the intermediate and wide folding segment they have three longitudinal stitchings, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 10. 3. The folding sofa is characterized in that the folding segment has an extendable seat, permanently connected to the front cover and a movable backrest, where in the folded position the backrest cushions are folded away, and the backrest is placed horizontally in the fitted space created after the seat is moved forward, wherein after folding out the front surface of the movable backrest is hidden, and the rear surface of the movable backrest is level with the surface of the extended seat, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 10. 4.
