Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw meblowych segmentów tapicerowanych, przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomieszczenia goscinnego lub salonu. W sklad zestawu wchodzi fotel, sofa, segment narozny zaokraglony, segment narozny prostokatny, segment z wydluzonym siedziskiem, segment katowy, segment krancowy, segment prosty i segment skosny, gdzie elementy zestawu mozna zlaczac w róznych konfiguracjach w jeden mebel, a ponadto sofa moze stanowic osobny element zestawu. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie siedzisk i poduch, ukladzie linii przeszyc i wykonczen oraz konturów boczków i oparc. Ponadto elementy zestawu posiadaja dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe, które polegaja na mozliwosci rozkladania i przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi zestaw meblowych segmentów tapicerowanych, w sklad którego wchodzi sofa, segment narozny prostokatny, segment prosty oraz segment katowy, które lacza sie w jeden mebel. Skrajne elementy zestawu posiadaja po jednym boczku, który ma ksztalt szerokiego prostopadloscianu umieszczonego na nieznacznie wiekszym tapicerowanym i wyprofilowanym pólkoliscie cokole, osadzonym na szerokich zaokraglonych stopach. Zewnetrzne pionowe krawedzie prosto- padloscianu sa wyoblone, zas górne krawedzie od zewnatrz maja wszyty waski pasek korzystnie w odmiennym wybarwieniu, który na wewnetrznej powierzchni schodzi skosnie w dól. Boczek jest polaczony z konstrukcja calego elementu. Kazdy element zawiera siedzisko oraz oparcie. Siedzisko z przodu ma wyoblona oslone, która u dolu ma uformowana analogicznie jak cokól boczka listwe, zas na siedzisku jest przynajmniej jedna poducha z pojedynczym przeszyciem posrodku. Oparcie ma szeroka powierzchnie górna wykonczona plasko, zas powierzchnia przednia jest skosna, zaslonieta przynajmniej jedna poducha, która ma poziome przeszycie nieznacznie ponizej polowy oraz pionowe przeszycie posrodku obszaru nad przeszyciem poziomym. Na oparciu powyzej poduchy jest umieszczony ruchomy zaglówek, który moze miec odmienne wybarwienie. Elementy zestawu, które zamiast boczka maja wykonane plaskie boczne powierzchnie, sa zaopatrzone w okucia lacznikowe. Ponadto elementy zestawu moga wystepowac w róznych zestawieniach koloru materialu tapicerskiego oraz koloru zaglówków i wstawek. Sofa ma uformowane dwa proste siedziska i oparcia, a u dolu z przodu umieszczona wyoblona oslone, ponadto siedzisko moze zawierac mechanizm rozkladania i przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Segment narozny prostokatny ma kwadratowe siedzisko, gdzie dwa przylegle boki stanowia oparcia z dopasowanymi poduchami, zas przeciwlegle boki maja powierzchnie plaskie zaopatrzone w okucia lacznikowe. Segment prosty ma prostokatne siedzisko, gdzie z tylu jest oparcie z poducha, zas z przodu wyoblona oslona, zas dwa pozostale boki maja powierzchnie plaskie zaopatrzone w okucia lacznikowe. The set includes an armchair, a sofa, a rounded corner section, a rectangular corner section, a section with an extended seat, a corner section, an end section, a straight section, and a sloping section. The elements of the set can be combined in various configurations to form a single piece of furniture. The sofa can also be used as a standalone unit. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the shape of the seats and cushions, the arrangement of stitching and trim lines, and the contours of the side and backrests. Furthermore, the set's elements possess additional functional features, allowing them to be folded out and transformed from a sitting unit into a reclining unit. The industrial design subject is shown in the drawing, in perspective or side views, in which Fig. 1 shows a sofa with one side section in a folded position, Fig. 2 - a sofa with one side section in an unfolded position, Fig. 3 - a rectangular corner section, Fig. 4 - a straight section, Fig. 5 - an angled section, and Fig. 6 - a piece of furniture configured from elements. The industrial design subject is a set of upholstered furniture sections, consisting of a sofa, a rectangular corner section, a straight section, and an angled section, which combine to form a single piece of furniture. The outermost elements of the set each have a single side section, which is in the shape of a wide cuboid placed on a slightly larger upholstered and semicircularly profiled plinth, mounted on wide, rounded feet. The outer vertical edges of the cuboid are rounded, while the upper edges have a narrow strip sewn into them, preferably in a different color, which slopes down diagonally on the inner surface. The side panel is connected to the structure of the entire element. Each element contains a seat and a backrest. The front of the seat has a rounded cover, which has a strip at the bottom formed similarly to the side panel's base. The seat has at least one cushion with a single stitching in the center. The backrest has a wide, flat-finished top surface, while the front surface is diagonal, covering at least one cushion with a horizontal stitching slightly below the midpoint and a vertical stitching in the center above the horizontal stitching. A movable headrest, which can be in a different color, is located on the backrest above the cushion. The set's elements, which have flat side surfaces instead of side panels, are equipped with connecting fittings. Furthermore, the set's elements can be available in various combinations of upholstery color, headrest color, and inserts. The sofa has two straight seats and backrests, and a curved cover at the bottom front. Furthermore, the seat can include a mechanism for reclining and transforming from a sitting unit to a lying unit. The rectangular corner segment has a square seat, where the two adjacent sides are backrests with matching cushions, while the opposite sides have flat surfaces equipped with connecting fittings. The straight segment has a rectangular seat, where the backrest with a cushion is located, the front has a curved cover, and the other two sides have flat surfaces equipped with connecting fittings. The corner segment has a seat in the shape of a rectangular trapezoid, where the parallel longer side constitutes a backrest with a fitted cushion, the opposite shorter side has a curved cover at the front, the perpendicular side is covered with a side panel, and the oblique side has a flat surface equipped with connecting fittings.
