Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa sluzaca do siedzenia, a po rozlozeniu do spania przeznaczona do wyposazenia wnetrz pomieszczen. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter kanapa, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie, elementach ozdobnych, cechach linii oraz strukturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia kanape w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - fragment górnej czesci poduszki oparciowej, fig. 3 - fragment czolowej powierzchni kanapy z elementem ozdobnym, zas fig. 4 - fragment górnej czesci powierzchni poduszki oparciowej z elementem ozdobnym. Kanapa sklada sie z siedziska ruchomego, które polaczone jest z pojemnikiem na posciel za pomoca podnosnika wspomagajacego. Do tylnej plyty pojemnika na posciel zawiasowo zamocowane jest oparcie. Siedzisko oraz oparcie stanowi drewniana rama, do której zamocowana jest plyta z przyklejona formatka banellowa, pokryta tkanina obiciowa. Kanapa zaopatrzona jest w dwie poduszki oparciowe oraz dwie poduszki podlokietnikowe wszystkie posiadajace ksztalt przypominajacy plaskie prostopadlosciany. Kanapa pokryta jest jednolita, gladka tkanina. Do siedziska ruchomego kanapy zamocowane sa drewniane nogi. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kanapa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego odznacza sie tym, ze poduszki oparciowe na tylnej powierzchni zaopatrzone sa na wysokosci górnej krawedzi czesci oparciowej w elementy w ksztalcie walków, uniemozliwiajace zsuwanie sie poduszek oparciowych podczas siedzenia, jednoczesnie podnoszace komfort siedzenia. Górne powierzchnie poduszek oparciowych posiadaja zdobienia w postaci dwóch elementów tkaniny w ksztalcie prostokatów z otworami, które to elementy lacza sznurowania. Podobnie czolowa powierzchnia siedziska posiada z dwóch stron, symetrycznie rozmieszczone zdobienia w postaci dwóch elementów tkaniny w ksztalcie trapezów z otworami, które to elementy lacza równiez sznurowania. The essence of the industrial design is a new sofa with a unique character, manifested in its shape, decorative elements, line features, and surface structure. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - a fragment of the upper part of the backrest cushion, Fig. 3 - a fragment of the front surface of the sofa with a decorative element, and Fig. 4 - a fragment of the upper part of the backrest cushion with a decorative element. The sofa consists of a movable seat, which is connected to a bedding container by a supporting lift. The backrest is hinged to the rear panel of the bedding container. The seat and backrest consist of a wooden frame to which a board with a glued Banelle format is attached, covered with upholstery fabric. The sofa is equipped with two backrest cushions and two armrest cushions, all shaped like flat cuboids. The sofa is covered with a uniform, smooth fabric. Wooden legs are attached to the movable seat. Significant features of the industrial design: The sofa, in accordance with the industrial design, is characterized by the backrest cushions featuring cylindrical elements at the height of the upper edge of the backrest, preventing the backrest cushions from slipping while sitting, while simultaneously increasing seating comfort. The upper surfaces of the backrest cushions are decorated with two rectangular fabric elements with holes, which are connected by lacing. Similarly, the front surface of the seat features symmetrically arranged decorations on both sides in the form of two trapezoidal fabric elements with holes, which are also connected by lacing.
