Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa sluzaca do siedzenia oraz po rozlozeniu do spania, przeznaczona do wyposazenia wnetrz pomieszczen. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter kanapa, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie, elementach ozdobnych, cechach linii oraz strukturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia kanape w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig. 2 - fragment kanapy. Kanap sklada sie z siedziska ruchomego, które polaczone jest z pojemnikiem na posciel za pomoca podnosnika wspomagajacego. Do tylnej plyty pojemnika na posciel zawiasowo zamocowane jest oparcie. Siedzisko oraz oparcie stanowi drewniana rama, do której zamocowana jest plyta z przyklejona formatka banellowa, przy czym siedzisko zaopatrzone jest dodatkowo w sprezyny faliste, zas calosc pokryta jest tkanina obiciowa. Siedzisko sklada sie z trzech, o jednakowej wysokosci czesci, z których dwie skrajne, waskie w polaczeniu z poduszkami podlokietnikowymi stanowia boczki kanapy, zas umieszczona miedzy nimi jedna szeroka czesc stanowi podstawowe siedzisko kanapy. Oparcie na szerokosci siedziska podstawowego, stanowia dwie poduszki oparciowe, które posiadaja ksztalt, podobnie jak poduszki podlokietnikowe, przypominajacy plaski prostopadloscian. Wszystkie elementy kanapy pokryte sa gladka tkanina, zas spoczywa na drewnianych nogach zamocowanych do dolnych czesci boczków. The essence of the industrial design is a new sofa with an individual character, manifested in the shape, decorative elements, features of the lines and the structure of the surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - a fragment of the sofa. The sofa consists of a movable seat, which is connected to a bedding container by means of a supporting lift. The backrest is hingedly attached to the rear panel of the bedding container. The seat and backrest constitute a wooden frame, to which a board with a glued Banelle format is attached, while the seat is additionally equipped with wave springs, and the whole is covered with upholstery fabric. The seat consists of three parts of the same height, of which the two outer, narrow ones combined with the armrest cushions constitute the sides of the sofa, while one wide part placed between them constitutes the basic seat of the sofa. The backrest on the width of the basic seat is made up of two backrest cushions, which have a shape, similar to the armrest cushions, resembling a flat cuboid. All elements of the sofa are covered with smooth fabric, and rest on wooden legs attached to the lower parts of the sides. Essential features of the industrial design The sofa, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by the fact that the outer surfaces of the backrest cushions, armrest cushions and sides of the sofa have decorative, regular, diagonally arranged stitching creating squares.
