PL 24998 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa narozna, przeznaczona zasadniczo do wyposazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ksztalcie konturów i linii przeszyc oraz w konstrukcji podstawy i boczków, co jest dopelnione zdobniczym uksztaltowaniem nóg. Ponadto sofa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe, umozliwiajace zmiane jego ogólnego wygladu poprzez zmiane polozenia i nachylenia ruchomych poduch zaglówkowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicznych, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia sofe z przodu, fig. 2 – sofe z tylu w ujeciu dluzszej czesci, fig. 3 – sofe w ujeciu boczno-przednim z polozonymi zaglówkami, fig. 4 – sofe w ujeciu boczno-przednim z podniesionymi zaglówkami, fig. 5 – sofe z tylu w ujeciu krótszej czesci, zas fig. 6 – sofe z boku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zawiera szeroka czesc, majaca dwa siedziska i jeden boczek, polaczona z waska czescia, zawierajaca element narozny, jedno siedzisko i skrajnie umieszczony, drugi boczek. Obydwie czesci maja waskie tapicerowane podstawy, osadzone na trzech ozdobnych nogach, przypominajacych litere „X", gdzie dwa górne, waskie ramiona utrzymujace podstawe, sa polaczone krótkim pionowym fragmentem z dwoma szerokimi ramionami, odgietymi lekko na zewnatrz i zakonczonymi niewielkimi stopami. Na podstawach umieszczone sa prostokatne poduchy siedzisk, które wystaja nieznacznie poza podstawy, zas ich krawedzie sa wykonczone wyraznymi przeszyciami, korzystnie w kolorze odmiennym od materialu tapicerskiego. Z tylu, za poduchami siedzisk znajduja sie szerokie, lekko przechylone poduchy oparc, które maja na krawedziach analogicznie wykonane przeszycia. Górne powierzchnie oparc sa plaskie i szerokie, zas na nich sa umieszczone prostokatne tapicerowane poduchy zaglówkowe, które w pozycji lezacej nieznacznie wystaja poza tylne krawedzie oparc, natomiast z przodu, w kilku pozycjach podniesienia, zrównuje sie z przednia powierzchnia oparc. Tylne powierzchnie oparc sa jednolite i gladkie. Skrajnie przy siedziskach na podstawach sa umieszczone szerokie, plaskie boczki o ksztalcie prostopadloscianów, które maja na krawedziach przeszycia analogicznie wykonane, jak w pozostalych elementach sofy. Poduchy boczków równiez nieznacznie wystaja poza boczne krawedzie podstaw. Sofa moze wystepowac w róznych zestawieniach kolorów materialu tapicerskiego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly the contours and stitching lines, as well as the construction of the base and sides, which is complemented by the decorative shape of the legs. Furthermore, the sofa has additional functional features that allow for the modification of its overall appearance by changing the position and tilt of the movable headrest cushions. The industrial design subject is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, Fig. 2 – the sofa from the back in a longer section, Fig. 3 – the sofa from the side-front view with the headrests folded down, Fig. 4 – the sofa from the side-front view with the headrests raised, Fig. 5 – the sofa from the back in a shorter section, and Fig. 6 – the sofa from the side. The industrial design subject comprises a wide part having two seats and one side section, connected to a narrow part comprising a corner element, one seat and the outermost, second side section. Both sections have narrow upholstered bases set on three decorative legs resembling the letter "X," where the two upper, narrow arms supporting the base are connected by a short vertical section with two wide arms, slightly bent outward and terminating in small feet. Rectangular seat cushions protrude slightly beyond the bases, and their edges are finished with distinct stitching, preferably in a color different from the upholstery material. At the back, behind the seat cushions, are wide, slightly tilted backrest cushions, which have similar stitching on their edges. The upper surfaces of the backrests are flat and wide, and on them are rectangular upholstered headrest cushions, which, in the lying position, protrude slightly beyond the rear edges of the backrests, while at the front, in several raised positions, they are flush with the front surface of the backrests. The backs of the backrests are uniform and smooth. Wide, flat, cuboid-shaped side panels are placed on the bases, adjacent to the seats. Their edges are stitched similarly to the rest of the sofa. The side cushions also slightly extend beyond the side edges of the bases. The sofa is available in a variety of upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A corner sofa, characterized in that it comprises a wide part with two seats and one side section, connected to a narrow part containing a corner element, one seat and the second side section at the extreme, where both parts have narrow, advantageously upholstered bases mounted on three decorative legs, wherein on the bases there are rectangular seat cushions that protrude slightly beyond the bases, while at the back, behind the seat cushions there are wide, slightly tilted backrest cushions, the upper surfaces of which are flat and wide, and on them there are rectangular upholstered headrest cushions, which in the lying position protrude slightly beyond the rear edges of the backrests, while at the front, in several raised positions, it is level with the front surface of the backrests, moreover, the back surfaces of the backrests are uniform and smooth, while at the extreme sides of the seats on the bases there are wide, flat, oval-shaped sides cuboids, the cushions of which also slightly protrude beyond the side edges of the bases, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 6. 2.
