PL 25708 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony do wypo- sazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego lub salonu. W sklad kompletu wchodzi kanapa rozkladana oraz fotel. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie ksztalcie konturów bryl, w ukladzie linii przeszyc oraz w konstrukcji boczków i ruchomych zaglówków. Ponadto kanapa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicznych, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia kanape z przodu, fig. 2 – kanape w ujeciu przednio-bocznym, fig. 3 – kanape z boku podniesionymi w róznym zakresie zaglówkami, fig. 4 – kanape w ujeciu boczno-tylnym, fig. 5 – kanape z boku w pozycji rozlozonej, natomiast fig. 6 przedstawia fotel w ujeciu z przodu, fig. 7 – fotel w ujeciu z boku z podniesionym zaglówkiem, zas fig. 8 – fotel w ujeciu boczno-tylnym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi komplet mebli tapicerowanych, w sklad którego wcho- dzi kanapa rozkladana oraz fotel. Kazdy z elementów kompletu posiada wysoka, tapicerowana podstawe, która z przodu, pozio- mym przeszyciem, umieszczonym na przedniej, górnej krawedzi, laczy sie z gladka powierzchnia po- duchy siedziska. Za siedziskiem znajduje sie oparcie, osloniete z przodu gladka poducha oparcia. Tylna powierzchnia oparcia jest gladko tapicerowana. Na górnej powierzchni poduchy oparcia jest umiesz- czony tapicerowany, ruchomy zaglówek o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, którego przednie krawedzie sa ozdobione grubymi przeszyciami. Skrajnie podstawa oraz oparcie sa obudowane prostopadlosciennymi tapicerowanymi boczkami, które w górnej czesci, z przodu sa lekko odchylone na zewnatrz. Powierzch- nie zewnetrzne boczków sa ozdobione, umieszczonym posrodku, pojedynczym poziomym przeszy- ciem. Krawedzie przy zewnetrznych powierzchniach boczków maja wyrazne, podwójne odszycia, po- nadto przednie, górne krawedzie maja forme podwójnie zszytego szpiczastego faldu. Kanapa rozkladana ma podstawe, zawierajaca rozkladany stelaz z materacem, osloniety z przodu tapicerowana listwa, polaczona z poducha szerokiego, podwójnego siedziska. Z tylu podstawy znajduje sie plaska pionowa, tapicerowana scianka, stanowiaca niskie oparcie. Stelaz z materacem w pozycji zlozonej jest zlokalizowany w podstawie, gdzie z góry jest osloniety poduchami siedziska, zas w czesci tylnej jest powiazany z szeroka, podwójna, ruchoma poducha oparcia, oslaniajaca oparcie. Poducha oparcia na górnej powierzchni ma zamocowane dwa ruchome zaglówki. W pozycji rozlozonej poduchy siedziska i ruchoma poducha oparcia z zaglówkami sa zlokalizowane pod przednia czescia rozlozonego materaca. Fotel ma waska stala podstawe, polaczona z waska, pojedyncza poducha siedziska, zas z tylu znajduje sie odchylone lekko do tylu podwyzszone oparcie, zintegrowane z przodu z wysoka poducha oparcia. Na górnej powierzchni oparcia jest zamocowany ruchomy zaglówek. Tylne boki boczków sa ustawione skosnie, zgodnie z ustawieniem oparcia. The set includes a sofa bed and an armchair. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly the contours of the shapes, the arrangement of the stitching lines, and the construction of the side panels and movable headrests. Furthermore, the sofa has additional functional features related to the function of transforming from a seat to a lounger. The industrial design is shown in perspective views in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, Fig. 2 – the sofa from the front-side view, Fig. 3 – the sofa from the side with headrests raised to various degrees, Fig. 4 – the sofa from the side-back view, Fig. 5 – the sofa from the side in a reclined position, while Fig. 6 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 7 – the armchair from the side with the headrest raised, and Fig. 8 – the armchair from the side-back view. The industrial design consists of a set of upholstered furniture, which includes a sofa bed and an armchair. Each element of the set has a high, upholstered base, which connects at the front with the smooth surface of the seat base via a horizontal stitching located on the front upper edge. Behind the seat is the backrest, covered in front by a smooth backrest cushion. The back of the backrest is smoothly upholstered. On top of the backrest cushion is an upholstered, movable headrest in a cuboid shape, the front edges of which are decorated with thick stitching. The outer base and backrest are enclosed by cuboid upholstered side panels, which are slightly outward-curved at the front. The outer surfaces of the side panels are decorated with a single horizontal stitching located in the center. The edges on the outer surfaces of the side panels have distinct, double stitching, and the upper front edges are formed by a double-stitched pointed fold. The sofa bed has a base containing a foldable frame with a mattress, covered at the front by an upholstered strip and connected to the wide, double seat cushion. At the rear of the base is a flat, vertical, upholstered panel, which provides a low backrest. When folded, the frame with the mattress is located in the base, where it is covered at the top by the seat cushions, while at the rear it is connected to a wide, double, movable backrest cushion that covers the backrest. The backrest cushion has two movable headrests attached to the upper surface. In the folded position, the seat cushions and the movable backrest cushion with headrests are located under the front of the folded mattress. The armchair features a narrow, fixed base connected to a narrow, single seat cushion. The rear features a slightly rearward-tilted, raised backrest, integrated with a high backrest cushion at the front. A movable headrest is mounted on the upper surface of the backrest. The rear sides of the armrests are angled to match the backrest position. The furniture is available in various upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, comprising a sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that each element of the set has a high, upholstered base, which at the front, with a horizontal stitching placed on the front, upper edge, connects to the smooth surface of the seat cushion, while behind the seat there is a backrest, covered at the front by a smooth backrest cushion, while the rear surface of the backrest is smoothly upholstered, in addition, on the upper surface of the backrest cushion there is a movable, upholstered, cuboid headrest, the front edges of which are decorated with thick stitching, while the base and backrest are enclosed with cuboid, upholstered side panels, the outer surfaces of which are decorated with a single horizontal stitching placed in the middle, while in the upper part, at the front, they are slightly inclined outwards, in addition the edges, at the outer surfaces of the sides, have distinct, double stitching, while the front, upper edges have the form of a double-stitched pointed fold, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 8. A set of upholstered furniture, characterized in that the fold-out sofa has a base containing a fold-out frame with a mattress, covered at the front with an upholstered strip, connected to the cushion of a wide, double seat, and at the back of the base there is a flat, vertical, upholstered wall constituting a low backrest, where the frame with the mattress in the folded position is located in the base, where it is covered from above by seat cushions, while in the rear part it is connected to a wide, double, movable backrest cushion, covering backrest, moreover, the backrest cushion on the upper surface has two movable headrests attached, while in the unfolded position, the seat cushions and the movable backrest cushion with headrests are located under the front part of the unfolded mattress, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 5. 3.
